URGENT SUPPORT FOR MY TUITION FEE

I am Victoria , from Nigeria in West Africa. I hold an offer for an MSc programme in Chemical Engineering at Greenwich University in the United Kingdom (UK) for the 2025/2026 academic session.

I am writing to seek for your financial support to enable me proceed with the aforementioned programme this year because I do not want to miss this session again. Hitherto, I have deferred my admission twice since 2023 for the same programme in the same university due to inability to secure funds (scholarship or grants) for my studies. It breaks my heart each year when I try to save for studies yet unable to proceed for studies due to inadequate funds as my saving turns out to be too meager for such purpose. I then realize that, if I have to save from my salary to advance my academic pursuit, I might never be able to go back to school, hence this plea for financial support.

However, if I am able to make some deposit payment for my Tuition before 15th April, 2025 (new deadline), I will have a discount of Four thousand Pounds (£4,000) from my Tuition fee (£17,000) which will go a long way to reduce my financial burden. This situation has really caused me sleeplessness since it is glaring that I cannot meet the deadline (which is just a couple of weeks away).

In view of these, I will need a sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) to assist me in securing my admission and the above discount so as to begin preparing for my studies this September, 2025. A quick and favourable response (above or below the aforementioned amount) will definitely give me rays of hope and will leave an unforgotten mark of eternal gratitude in my heart. Since I am currently wearing this shoe of financial desperation, I understand how urgent, desperate and frustrating situation like this can be. Hence, someday I hope to be a Donor towards funding someone else’s dream.

It has always been my dream to study outside my home country, Nigeria, in order to learn in an international environment where the standard of education is high so that I can keep myself abreast with current trends in my field and in return, contribute my quota to tackling global issues in my field. But reality is gradually dawning on me that, I might never be able to achieve this, especially with the high currency exchange rate (Naira to Pound) if I do not get the needed help. I do not have anyone to turn to for help at this moment- my Daddy is late, my Mummy is not financially buoyant and my siblings depend on me for supports. I really hope to receive a kind and favourable consideration towards supporting my tuition fee payment. May God richly reward every giver!

Subject: Need Help to Overcome a Difficult Time

Hello,

I am reaching out to you today because I am going through an extremely difficult time. My family and I are struggling with heavy debts, and despite all our efforts, my husband’s salary and my small earnings are not enough to cover our basic needs.

In addition to these financial difficulties, I have health issues that require medical tests, which I cannot afford. But what weighs on me the most is my daughters’ future. Like any mother, I want to give them a proper education and a better future, but right now, I am struggling to provide even the bare minimum for them.

I am on this site today because I have exhausted all my options. I never wanted to ask for help, but today, I have no other choice. Any small support, in any form, could make an immense difference in my life and that of my family.

I would be eternally grateful to those who can help me lighten this burden. May God bless you for your generosity and compassion.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my message.

I WORKED FROM POOR TO RICH – until I lost EVERYTHING, caring about others…

I am so ashamed of doing this…

But I have a family relying on me, and lots more in desperate need, who are – because of my reputation for caring and providing – looking at me for help.

I HAVE to put my pride in my pocket and appeal to ANYONE who can help – in ANY way.

I am NOT a scammer or an opportunist, and I am battling with THIS extremely humiliating act of appeal for altruism and benevolence – it’s NOT who I am. I grew up with nothing, and all of the wealth I once had, was earned through hard work and perseverance. And ironically, lost the same way…

So if you are wealthy, consider my story and imagine all of this happening to you. Believe me – if you think it can’t, I used to think that too.
So, if you are reading this,

THANK YOU,

even just for reading. Whether you are in a position to help with a donation or some other solution or not, knowing that I have the opportunity to tell my story to an audience with members altruistic enough to even look at something like this, gives me a glimmer of hope in an otherwise ever-darkening world.

My apologies – even though I am attempting to keep this short, the need for some background and explanation makes it a bit long-winded, but I do not want anyone to lose the essence of who I am or the sincerity of my desperation in doing this. The long explanation also compounds the fact that although any donations at this stage would be a God-send, ANY act of altruism such as gainful employment or a business-opportunity where my skills and / or experience could be useful, would be more than welcome.

My Story…

I was born into a poor South African family, under bad domestic circumstances. I was not my mother’s husband’s child, something which I only learnt shortly before their deaths. This caused all sorts of resentments, which only seemed more profoundly true once they actually had my younger brother. Long story short, I was NOT the favourite child, and grew up basically without encouragement or support.

Having no funding or other options to study further, I joined the Army as a career-soldier and later transferred to being a career-policeman – careers which did not require further education, other than the training provided.

I was good in these military environments, as it gave me structure, discipline and a constant need to perform, to be better (something which wasn’t encouraged in my childhood). My skills eventually led me to the private sector where there was a lot more money to be made as a military contractor, which direction I pursued for a number of years.

Eventually, I realised that my career was somewhat self-defeating, and as I had made enough money to fund my own further studies, I pursued further professional education in Psychology, which opened amazing avenues of potential. My previous military experience gave me a unique insight into people in all sorts of situations, and – combined with the new knowledge in psychology – made me a sought-after consultant for large international corporations in all sorts of scenarios. I became known as a “Solutions-Engineer” and basically wrote my own pay-check… I became very wealthy doing this, and travelled all over the world, resolving workforce and management-issues for a wide variety of clients.

During 2017, I realised that my father (my mother’s husband and the only ‘father’ I ever knew) had become quite frail, and could no longer adequately survive unassisted. As my mother had divorced him and remarried some years earlier, my younger brother was elsewhere in the country and I was frequently travelling internationally, I found him accommodation in a retirement-orientated community home, which was where he insisted he wanted to be.

This home also accommodated disenfranchised elderly – the destitute old people who had been ‘thrown away’ by their families, and could not afford to live in proper retirement facilities. It was run down, a part of the building had collapsed, a large part of the 235-room building had not had hot water for 11 years, and some rooms had not had any water for 4 years.

While waiting for visas and a contract to start a large project in Belize, I gradually got involved in the social aspects of the home. I volunteered and started doing exercise-programs with the elderly, organised social events and offered my services to take them to doctors and medical facilities – all for free.

A short while later, I was informed that this business was closing down, as the current management were retiring and they (the board) could not afford to hire new management, nor maintain any aspects of the business any longer.

So, having built close relationships with most of the residents, I saw the anguish they went through at this prospect, and decided to do something about it. I volunteered to take over the business, run it personally and do all the necessary repairs, maintenance and upgrades myself. I officially took over during 2018.

Over the next three years, I invested most of my own personal funds in doing just that.

At this stage, the longest serving director on the board approached me and asked for my help. According to him, the board and its practices were corrupt, and he was no longer prepared to stand by and see the business and the residents in the building having to suffer the consequences thereof. His concern was also as regards the amount of my personal funds I had already invested in the business, and that if we DIDN’T do something, I would never get it back… Having served as a member of the board for 22 years, he had all the relevant information to prove their corruption and malpractice, but needed my help to substantiate how much the business had improved since it was being run openly and transparently, and as comparison to what had been going on there before I took over. For instance:

  • When I took over, the occupancy-rate was 32%. Within 7 months, we had improved the business so much that occupancy was at 99%.
  • Before, an average of 66 people had died per year there – mainly due to lack of care and medical attention. I had converted an entire floor to Frail Care and Assisted Living and built a Dementia / Alzheimers wing, with nursing staff on duty 24 hours per day. I had bought two small busses to be able to ferry people to doctors, clinics and hospitals and had a service-contract with a private ambulance-service. Consequently, deaths reduced to 22 in my first year, 14 in the second year, and only 7 in the third year – in the midst of Covid-19.
  • The collapsed parts of the building and the swimming pool were rebuilt and / or repaired.
  • All the original plumbing and central boiler-system was removed and replaced with more modern, power-saving single point of use water-heaters.
  • The grounds were cleaned and landscaped, with collapsed walls removed and new retaining structures installed.
  • The previous badly run, badly manipulated financial management-systems were cast out and replaced with an online, live accounting system, and all finances and assets were continuously tracked.

He registered a case against the board, and the fight was on. As the case was about to go to court, this director and I both contracted Covid-19… he didn’t make it.

With him no longer able to help pursue the matter to its intended conclusion with his personal witness-evidence, my legal team advised me to walk away from it, which I did. I had no way of reclaiming the money I had spent on the business.

Immediately, a group of the residents came to me and asked me whether I would consider opening another similar facility – they were simply no longer prepared to stay there if I left. I took the rest of what I had left of my personal wealth and did exactly that. My ‘father’ moved with.

Now, the problem with elderly people is that ultimately, they don’t last… I saw them all passing away and the meagre amount they contributed to their own survival dwindle even further (the agreement was that they would pay as much as they could afford, hoping that we would become large enough to qualify as an NPO, with welfare funding).

In 2023, one of my elderly residents suddenly became ill and was admitted to hospital. As her medical aid only provided for admission to a government-hospital, that was where she went. The treatment and care was absolutely dismal, and after consultation with her family (all overseas), I moved her to a private hospital, where she would receive better care – the family had agreed to pay the bill. It was too late for her though, and she passed away in hospital three weeks later.

The family was suddenly nowhere to be seen, and as I had admitted her to the hospital, I was responsible for the considerably large account. I paid it.

Six months later, on 01 February 2024, my ‘father’ had a massive stroke, caused by what was later discovered to be a frontal lobe tumour. As he had good medical aid (comprehensive all-cover, or so we thought), he was admitted to the same private hospital. He spent two months in intensive care and died on 01 April 2024. The medical aid only covered the first week in intensive care – the rest of the account was mine to pay – an astronomical amount. Even though he and my mother had not spoken to each other for 40 years, she died 5 days later, on 06 April 2024.

After having paid all medical costs, debts and funeral arrangements for both, I have nothing left. I had to close my business, sell most of my assets, move into rented accommodation and sell my own luxury vehicle.

I went from owning a top of the range Range Rover (which I drove), a 3-series BMW (which my father drove), a 5-series BMW (which my mother drove), a beachfront house (where my mother and her husband had lived), a small farm and a large house (in which my residents were housed) to nothing – not even transport – in seemingly a blink of an eye. My bank accounts and credit cards are depleted to the point where I am not even answering my phone anymore, for fear that it is just another debt-collector calling.

I am in a committed relationship with a widow with 3 children, ages 17, 15 and 5, all who co-habit with me in my rented house. We were supposed to have gotten married already, but I am not prepared to commit to a marriage where I cannot afford to provide for those in my house.

I have now run out of things to sell, and there is no food left. School-fees have not been paid, and I cannot afford to pay the rent for next month. Even though my fiancé does work, this is only a half-day job, and it is only enough to survive for about a week in the month.

I have been working ceaselessly at starting my own monetized Youtube-channel, but anyone who has tried this will tell you that it takes a long time before that actually starts paying. I have applied for an endless number of jobs, but I am a 58 year old white man in South Africa (I am NOT making a political statement, simply outlining the circumstances) – I am too old, too white and too qualified to be employed here – companies are essentially penalised for employing white persons.

I have even done odd maintenance jobs for the local community, such as putting up fences, welding, plumbing, building and servicing and repairing ride-on mowers in an effort to bring in SOMETHING. Small community though, and there is not enough work to do to survive, or enough money to pay for it.

I NEED HELP!!!

Please – I just need a bit of kindness and consideration for a change. While I understand that there are HEROES who would give without expecting recompense, I would prefer if they could at least send me an email address, so I could – at the absolute very least – offer my heartfelt gratitude for their kindness.

PLEASE! If there is anyone left in this world who is still prepared to look after someone in need like I did (and lost everything because of it), I beg of you… if at all possible, I WILL repay you. I just need to survive and keep myself and my family under a roof for a little while longer, while I try to get a sustainable income from Youtube or elsewhere to perhaps once again look at restarting my business.

Thank you for reading my story… And IF you decide to help me,

THANK YOU!

You are my hero…

Cancer treatment funding

Early December last year , our family got news that we were not prepared to hear. Our happy, energetic, brave and loving little girl Beth was diagnosed with a nephroblastoma, she had a tumor on her right kidney, The CT scan showed that it was localised to her kidney. She got 4 weeks of chemotherapy and had surgery early January this year to remove the tumor and the kidney.

The surgery had a complication, the tumor raptured during surgery and , this moved her to stage 3 with a favourable histology.

She has a long road to recovery ahead , she has started radiotherapy and she will be doing 2, 7 day cycles, she will also be getting chemotherapy with hospital admissions for the chemotherapy in some instances. Her treatment plan is up to October.

We are now appealing for financial support so that we can pay medical bills, and treatment costs now to ensure she continues to receive treatment. Your generous donations will ensure Beth continues to receive treatment and fight this disease.

Our girl  is a fighter, she was born preterm due to complications from hyperemesis gravidarum, she overcame all complications and the long NICU hospital stay,  we have faith that she will overcome this

A desperate plea for medical help – My Only Chance to Live

Dear Friends, Well-Wishers, and Kind-Hearted Strangers,

With a heavy heart and tears in my eyes, I am reaching out, praying for a miracle. I am a 35-year-old wife and mother of two young children—a 5-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl. My life took a heartbreaking turn in 2023 when I was diagnosed with kidney failure. Since then, I have been in and out of the hospital, enduring the pain of dialysis just to stay alive.

I lost my job due to my failing health, and my husband is also unemployed. Every day is a struggle—not just for me but for my innocent children, who do not understand why their mother is always sick, weak, and unable to care for them like she used to. My greatest fear is that they will grow up without me if I do not get the urgent medical help I need.

My doctors have told me that my only chance of survival is a kidney transplant, and I have a compatible donor. But I am faced with another painful reality—I cannot afford the cost of the procedure. The transplant needs to be done in India, but I need $21,000 to cover the surgery, travel expenses, and accommodation. Without this, my condition will only worsen and I may not have much time left.

I am pleading for your support—any amount, big or small, could bring me closer to getting the life-saving treatment I desperately need. Please, help me get a second chance at life, for the sake of my children, my family, and the hope of seeing another tomorrow

If you find it in your heart to assist, please reach out to me at paypal.me/bchiotha . Even if you cannot donate, please share my story so that it may reach someone who can help.

With gratitude and hope

Bertha

Request for Financial Support to Revive ELOHIM COSMETICS and Continue Supporting Orphanages

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Oubaye, founder of ELOHIM COSMETICS in TOGO, a company specializing in the treatment of skin diseases and external hemorrhoids through natural antibiotic soaps made from raw shea butter, tamarind, palm kernel oil, neem oil, and dried moringa leaf powder. These products, derived from traditional and natural expertise, have improved the quality of life for many people while supporting social causes.

Unfortunately, in October 2023, a car accident turned my life and my business upside down. Medical expenses and the consequences of this accident led to the bankruptcy of my company, despite all my efforts to keep it afloat. My lease was terminated, and I now find myself unable to restart my activities without external support.

ELOHIM COSMETICS was not only a source of income for me but also a means to fund local orphanages and pay my employees. Reviving this business is therefore crucial, not only for me but also for the children I was helping through it.

This is why I am reaching out to you to request funding of $13,200. This amount will allow the factory to restart production,  pay off the debts, and breathe new life into this initiative that combines health, well-being, and solidarity. You can find evidence of my work and achievements in this link:

https://photos.app.goo.gl/jBcFTH63wqDAyQWT7

I firmly believe in you and your solidarity, and I am convinced that your support could have a significant impact, not only on my life but also on the lives of those who benefit from my products and the orphanages I support.

I remain entirely at your disposal to provide further information or discuss this request. Hoping for a favorable response, I thank you in advance for the attention you will give to my situation.

With deepest gratitude,
Founder of ELOHIM COSMETICS TOGO

Fly from SA to Philippines

Good Day Everyone out there

I would like to fly to my hubby from South Africa where I am from to the Philippines where he is from, my 2nd husband. He has not had a job over a year now due to unfairness within the company, and I was retrenched in 2017. I have not been able to find work, as being over 50 it’s not easy at all. It’s like nothing suits me or nobody wants to hire me, or my age, or lots of scams which I’ve lost money to as well, I don’t know. I need to find remote jobs as I usually either spend a few months to a year with my hubby and vice versa with my children on two different continents, so an office job is out of the question.

Our family in the Philippines struggles alot as they have huge families and I help where I can, but my savings are completely exhausted.  My daughter helps me a bit with grocery money when I’m there but it’s not enough for anything else. I also have cats there, most of whom I’ve adopted because people just throw their kittens away in the field because they cannot afford to care for them and also don’t really know how to, I find. I love animals especially cats and I find they only really care for animals that they can financially benefit from.

I am not here to tell you a sob story or a sugary one, just that I need a little help with a sponsored ticket or even a portion thereof. I will be in your debt. Thank you for reading.

Debt has taken the comfort out of my body and overwhelmed me , please help me .

Dear friends:
My name is Abdelmalek, I was an ambitious young man with big dreams in life. I dreamed of doing a distinguished job, opening the doors of success in my field, and living an independent life away from financial pressures. But, as sometimes happens, life did not go as I wished.
Financial problems began to appear little by little, I had famous obligations, such as my apartment rent, monthly bills, and loan installments that I had taken in order to buy a house to shelter me and my small poor family. With the decrease in income, I began to feel more and more pressure. Over time, debts accumulated on me until they became like a huge mountain that threatened to collapse on top of me.
The beginning of the end was when I began receiving daily calls from my debtors. Day after day, messages and threats began to haunt me, until I started to avoid answering the phone. Anxiety was eating away at my heart, and I was drowning in a sea of negative thoughts. What if I lost my home? What if I ended up on the street? How would I face people? The more I tried to find a solution, the more complicated the problem became.
I always aspired to work hard and persevere, but I found myself in a spiral that I could not get out of. Every step I tried to take led me to more pressure, as if life was chasing me in every direction. However, the turning point came suddenly, when I felt that this burden could no longer be borne by me alone, and as they say: “With echoes, you cannot be poor.” At that moment, I decided to speak frankly and transparently. I decided to ask for help.

While browsing the Internet, I came across a donation site and decided to create a donation campaign through the beggingmoney website, and today I put my story in your hands, my beloved, after the dreams I was striving to achieve faded and the moments when I felt helpless, and how debts became a heavy burden on my heart and soul “I just need a chance, I need to get my life back. I don’t want to be a burden on anyone, I just want a new beginning.”

I hope for your response, support, interaction, and encouragement, because every donation from you, no matter how small, will be a ray of hope in the pitch darkness.
Don’t let silence be your voice, donate to be part of the solution

Last plea for help before I lose everything

I’ve never been in a situation where I had to let go of my dignity and pride to ask for help. But due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m now fighting a battle that I will never be able to overcome by myself and there has been plenty of times where I just wanted to give up… just to end it all.

It all started when I decided to take a leap and invest in crypto to generate a passive income. I needed to be financially more secured to be able to help my parents more than what I could, especially now that my mom’s health is deteriorating. But things went horribly wrong… I lost everything.

No one knew that I invested, and I could never tell anyone, this was something that I had to keep secret.  I had to pretend that I was financially secured so I had to loan money from financial institutes to still support my family who put their trust in me to help them…

I started selling things in my house to buy food and medicine (I also have a chronic medical condition), and I tried to do extra work after hours, but my work schedules clashed with all the overtime I had to do. I eventually lost my house and had to apply for an additional loan to pay the deposit and first months’ rent pushing me further into unwanted debt.

Lawyers contacted me 2 days ago demanding payment… but I have nothing to give them. When I get my salary at the end of the month, it won’t cover all the bills due, and my new rent. What I have left to sell at home isn’t worth much so it won’t cover the loans I had to make, but it will be enough for some food.

I’m only a few days away from losing everything I have left if I don’t pay my debt. I would be incredibly grateful if you could please help me with some form of financial aid with my overwhelming debt of $25000. Any funds that I receive will only be used to pay off my debt accumulated over the last couple of months, including any back payments of accounts in arrears, personal loans and credit cards.

Thank you for taking time to consider my plea for help. I truly appreciate your kindness and willingness to support those in need.

Urgent help needed. Debt is more than income

I work for a low income, my mother lost her job during covid and I have been providing for us since then. My mother is too old to find work and my boss doesn’t want to pay me more. They said that there’s nothing more I can do for them to justify getting paid more. Because of my low income I am unable to qualify for renting properties and my current landlord wants us out in a month although I can’t find accommodation which I can afford because I’m rejected based on my income.

I have an oppertunity to qualify for a rent to buy property which won’t be rejected because it is for low income individuals but I can’t receive the funding from the bank because I owe $2500 in credit card debt trying to keep my mom and I afloat to buy food. My mom is also struggling cause her glasses are old and I haven’t been able to afford it to get her new glasses. She is currently using my old pair but the lenses have started to crack. I also used most of my savings to fix her car as I need it to be able to go to work. I work most weekdays between 9-12 hours and don’t receive money for overtime worked.

If someone would be able to help me to pay off my debt I would be able to give my mother a better life with less stress and be able to buy my own house at an affordable rate and get away from the constant fear of not having a place to rent

thank you for reading my story. God bless you

Studying fee

hello . I’m looking for a financial help . I was born and raised in Zimbabwe by a single mother . My father passed away before I was born and life was never easy . I didn’t finish my studies . But I’m a brilliant child . I’m currently 24 years . I came to South Africa in 2019 and ever since that time I’ve been working as a maid . I wish to study but financiers are so bad . My mother is 64 years old and she’s not working . She has bp and some times it gets too much for me . All I’m asking for a little help financially to study a short course of business and I will start from there to grow . Please please help me to come out of this situation and I pray that God will bless you 🙏 thank you in advance
