I Am a Single Mother of Twins, and I Need Help.

I never imagined I would be writing something like this, but I am asking for help because I have reached a point where I cannot do this alone anymore.

I am a single mother to 18-month-old twins. When my babies were born, I left my job to care full-time for my father, who was terminally ill. For five months I balanced caring for a newborn pair and a dying parent until he passed away. It was the hardest period of my life, but I would make the same choice again without hesitation. After his death, a few people I had met during his illness helped me survive the immediate aftermath, and I will always be grateful for that kindness.

I am completely alone now. The father of my twins cannot be located and provides no financial or emotional support. My mother passed away in 2022. I have no siblings, no safety net, and no family left to turn to.

I am a UK national currently living in South Africa. At the moment, my twins and I are sleeping on someone’s couch, but we must leave at the end of January 2026. I have no secure housing lined up after that date. Every day I wake up knowing the clock is ticking.

I am well educated, capable, and eager to work. I want nothing more than to build a stable, safe life for my children and myself. However, I am trapped in a situation that feels like a downward spiral: I need childcare to work, I need work to afford childcare, and without stable accommodation, everything becomes more fragile.

Right now, we urgently need help with basic food, short-term accommodation from the end of January, and either childcare funding so I can begin working, or the funds required to apply for my twins’ passports. As UK citizens, returning to the UK could offer us a chance to reset and rebuild—but I currently have no place to stay there and no money for travel or resettlement. Even taking the first step feels impossible without support.

Despite everything, I keep going for my children. I maintain a strict routine for them—I go to sleep at 8pm and wake at 4:30am. My days are non-stop, focused entirely on their care, safety, and development. I am doing everything within my power to hold things together, but love and discipline alone are no longer enough.

Asking for help is deeply humbling. If you are able to contribute in any way, you would be helping us with food, shelter, stability, and time—time for me to stand back up and create a future where my children are safe and secure.

Thank you for reading, for caring, and for any support you are able to offer.

Desperate Plea For Help To Restart My Life And Business

Dear Kind Donor,

I am reaching out for help. I am a mother of five and for as long as I can remember, life has been a constant uphill climb. My family is struggling. Our income as a couple is so small that it barely covers food and the most basic bills which constantly leave us with accumulated debts. Every month, it feels like we are choosing which essential we need to take care of and which one to tackle next. My husband’s recent accident got our situation worse and devastating.

Dear kind hearted donor, I am begging you to deal with me and my family with milk of mercy and save us from continuous struggle in paying our Children school fees, facing the shame of being severally served quit notice by our landlords, having to borrow and constantly seeking financial assistance to settle our various bills and meeting our daily demands.

As a passionate advocate for healthy living, I have been trained in the food and drink production and I want to start Kitchen Made Easy Foods, providing healthy meals, natural drinks, and spices. I have struggled to Register my business Name and I am to start with the process of getting a Licence with the Government. A feasibility study shows I need $37,317 to get started. This will cover:

– Packaging Materials – $4,952

– Marketing and promotion – $1,136

– Rent of Store and Repair – $2,817

– Contingency Fund – $4000

Your support will help me acquire these essentials and launch my business to empower healthy living. I promise to work hard and use the money wisely, support my family, and make a positive impact in my community and beyond. Your donation will not only fund my business, it will give a chance to my family to live with dignity, stability, hope, and financial independent.

Every donation counts.

Emergency Funding request.

Dear All,

I am an elderly man, Michael Lavery, who along with my lifelong and best friend, Jon Kerswill had been planning a free (not for gain) marine and electrical educational academy to assist the severely underprivileged youth of Madagascar.

For such purpose we acquired a suitable sailing vessel which I have personally worked on refitting for nearly two years to make it perfectly suited to our project. It has yet to reach final completion but has not got far to go.

As semi retired engineers, we jointly had a wealth of experience to share and pass on to new generations.
Sadly, Jon passed away very unexpectedly three weeks ago which has placed me in a quandary. The sailing vessel we had jointly been preparing to achieve our plans now forms part of the deceased estate.

The beneficiaries of the estate have been most understanding on the matter as they knew of our goals and coupled to that, the fact that the vessel is my only home and also of prime importance to the sea school aspect of the academy.

For such reason’s, I need to raise sufficient funds to buy the deceased’s shares out of the estate which I simply cannot afford to do and to which end I need to raise approximately $81,000 or as close to as possible, for which I have been granted a six month period of grace within which to achieve such. Without your assistance not only will our planned humanitarian project fail, I will effectively have to try to recreate my entire life, as the vessel would have to be sold on and although in such instance I would receive a similar sum in settlement, I simply wouldn’t be able to start all over to honour what were our joint intentions.

Your assistance will be immensely appreciated, not only by an old man, but by scores of underprivileged young Malagasy adults who will be empowered by education to achieve real opportunities and vastly improved lives.

My PayPal link is paypal.me/seasure for your convenience.

Thank you all for hearing me out and please accept my sincere gratitude for your considerations.

Michael Lavery.

I need mony very badly

I am a 53-year-old man.

My financial situation was relatively satisfactory until something sudden happened 3 years ago when my wife suffered a cerebral stroke.

She remained in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit for over a month until she was released. The stroke affected her movement, memory, and many other things.

However, with strong anti-clotting treatment, and the presence of what is called Factor V and Lupus, the clot turned into a cerebral hemorrhage.

My wife fell into a complete coma and spent two months in the hospital, fighting between life and death. She became severely emaciated, resembling a skeleton, and lost most of her body function.

This required a dangerous brain surgery, which was considered the last hope for survival. We said, ‘Why not? Why not give her a chance at life and survival, even if the hope was only 1%?’ I effectively signed the consent for the risky, open-brain surgery.

The surgery was indeed performed and succeeded miraculously, but it left behind many severe and significant effects, such as the loss of movement, perception, hearing, speech, and damage to the centers for bladder control.

But it is enough that she is alive, surrounded by her children who look at her and feel her presence, even if she is the ‘remains of a human.’

This required extensive follow-ups with brain doctors, active oxygen therapy, audiologists, speech therapists, rehabilitation centers, and others. It also required hiring a caregiver for her.

During this period, everything I owned was depleted.

In addition that, before all this happened, I had bought an apartment on a 4-year installment plan.

All of this has led to accumulated debts.

Furthermore, there are the children’s school fees, their private lessons, the school bus, and the usual household expenses for food, medicine, electricity, and so on.

Adding to this are old debts from more than ten years ago, resulting in the total debts now exceeding one hundred thousand dollars.

I hope to pay all of this off so that I don’t find myself in prison, leaving my children without a father and with a mother who has limited awareness and consciousness and has not returned to her normal self.

I also hope to start a project within the range of ten thousand dollars, to prevent the debts from increasing further, and so that I can provide for my home, my children’s education, their clothing, and their food.

I tried creating a page on Pinterest where I put products and earn a commission if anyone buys a product, but I didn’t achieve even a single sale.

Therefore, I also ask you to browse it and buy something if you like it. The link is: https://pin.it/1zD6xxz6q.

Finally , all my greetings, appreciation, and respect to you

Car Repairs & Family Redemption

Hello Out There,

A few months ago I was involved in an automobile accident in which it was deemed I was in the wrong. During the same accident I was carrying my professional cameras which I use for my livelihood which got missing after the fact.

The vehicle I was driving suffered major damage, transmission needs to be replaced, parts of the suspension needs to be overhauled on the rear end, the body needs major panel beating among others. In another place this vehicle would be totaled sent to that junkyard. The insurance on this vehicle was only third party coverage. This vehicle served as means of my survival as I m a transporter five (5) days of the week from Monday to Friday and a camera man on the weekends. The cost of repairing this vehicle is $45,000.

During this same accident I lost my two (2) cameras which I use during my weekend errands. The two cameras involved are a Nikon D5600 and D5300. Other Gadgets lost are Speed lights D1000 and D800 and a couple phones.

Sadly arising from this accident, a couple of people died. Given that I was deemed to be in the wrong, I had to use out of pocket funds to foot those two funeral expenses and afterwards a certain pain compensation to the bereaved families as insurance funds couldn’t suffice. Not forgetting the everyday bills of rent, food, utilities and family…Therefore, expenses stemming from this latter subject of cameras and all is $20,000.

I am deeply grateful and indebted to all of you who will take their time to read my little troubles yet we know that a problem shared can potentially be solved. I sure will appreciate your thoughtfulness in prayers as we seek redemption from this situation.

Target Funds: $65,000

Seeking Assistance For Medical Bills after Surviving Severe Heart Failure

Help Us Cover Urgent Medical Bills After My Wife’s Heart Failure

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult and humbling moments of our lives.

On 17th June 2025, my wife was rushed to a private hospital after suffering a sudden and severe heart failure. She was admitted twice to the medical ward between 17th and 29th June, and then spent the entire month of August in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), fighting for her life.

Thanks to the incredible care she received—and the grace of a generous donor who covered the initial hospital bill—she was discharged on 3rd September 2025 and is now recuperating at home.

But our journey is far from over.

We are members of the Discovery Medical Aid Scheme, under the Essential Delta Core plan, which unfortunately does not cover many of the critical procedures and specialist services she required.

We are now facing additional medical bills from:

  • Cardiologist consultations
  • Lancet Laboratory diagnostics
  • Radiology imaging
  • Post-discharge medications and follow-up care

The total outstanding and expected costs are projected to exceed R500,000.00.

Help Me Build a Safe Home for My Mother and Son

My name is Enzo and I am a 36-year-old single mother from Eswatini, Africa. I’m reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your help — not for luxury, not for comfort, but for the most basic and important need: a safe and stable home for my family.

I live in a small one-room rental house with my son and my mother. My mom, a strong woman who raised me as a single parent, is still the one carrying the weight of our lives. She works tirelessly to provide for us covering rent, groceries, and my son’s school fees all on a small income.

I’ve been doing everything I can to find a job, but despite my efforts, I haven’t had any luck. Every day is a fight to stay afloat. There are months when we can’t make the rent on time, and we’ve even been locked out before , something no family should ever have to go through.

My dream is simple: I want to build a modest but safe and permanent home for my mother and my son. A place where we don’t have to worry about rent, being evicted, or sharing a single room. A place where my mother can finally rest, after sacrificing her entire life for us. A place where my son can grow up in stability and dignity.

I am asking for your kindness and support to raise $30 000 to build this home. Every dollar brings us closer to that dream. I know times are tough for many, but if my story touches your heart, please consider helping , whether through a donation or by sharing this with others.

Unfortunately, my country does not support PayPal or most popular cash apps, which makes it difficult for me to receive financial assistance through those platforms. As a result, the most reliable method for me to receive any support is through cryptocurrency.

If you’re willing and able to assist, here are my wallet addresses:

Bitcoin (BTC): 1CHgDA2eJ3cDeBSJqzjgmRkNFjZpMc3hn

TetherUS (USDT): TPB5pFP7pVWxHrhDvhQegsxakQywXCoy3y

Your support means the world to us. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading and for believing in a better future for me and my family.

With love and gratitude,

Enzo

A Little Seed for a Big Dream

The professional landscape has changed since 2020 and globally people have come to rely on themselves more and more to earn a living. I, too, have had a series of unfortunate events derail my steady professional progress. While I remain grateful for the ability and opportunity to work, being a freelance Virtual Assistant is not my most ambitious pursuit.

So, gathering all I possess – my work experience across different industries and my creative gifts I seldom use professionally – forging it with the incredible network of people around me (creators, craftsman, professionals) I saw the magnificent hub it could become!

I’ve tried for over a year to bring this idea to life with whatever funds I could set aside, but my income barely covers the expenses to care for myself and my two teenage boys. My abilities are better spent in the cultivation of my long-term goal with this business and my vision for the future. Much more than continued labour at a vocation where I’ve reached the ceiling long ago.

On a more personal level, I want to invest my skills and energy in work that not only benefits me and my family, but has the potential to bring change on a community level – and beyond that. I see this concept growing to the point where people could learn and master skills and liberate themselves and their families from financial hardships. Though this may be much farther in the future, it is absolutely the goal. I long to create and be a part of something that means more than just a bottom line, and be part of a collective that share the same vision – that we are always stronger together.

I hope to embark on a journey far greater than just my personal interests. I have faith that this is the first very important step! After attempting certain start-up aspects myself (trying to keep costs as low as possible), I decided that a professional approach is best – the integrity of the brand should be impeccable, right from the beginning.

Mitigating risk is paramount and scalable operations can ensure survival during challenging economic times. As such, I intend on building it over time, using the revenue the business generates to expand. Some upfront costs are necessary though, which brings me to posting this request.

Herewith a breakdown of tasks I’d have to complete prior to launch:

  • Company Registration
  • Tax Registration and consultation with a Tax Practitioner
  • Domain Name Registration
  • Website Design and Development (including hosting)
  • Branding
  • Social Media Campaign for the Launch
  • Office and Operating Equipment

The website will be the heart of the business, initiating the brand by creating content aimed at the target market and drop shipping some choice brands and designed print-on-demand items. Once a solid online presence is established, a comprehensive business plan will be curated for expansion.

I need $5,500 to seed this dream. Any contribution towards this amount will be deeply appreciated – and any amount received will go toward the items on the list above, even if they are completed one at a time.

Thank you very much for your kind consideration!

Appealing for Urgent Financial Assistance: Surgery for Mrs. Akande Temitope

My name is Akande Akorede Ibrahim, and I am humbly reaching out to kind-hearted individuals, organizations, and well-meaning members of the public to request urgent financial assistance for my beloved wife, who is currently battling breast cancer.

Several months ago, my wife began experiencing severe pain and swelling in her left breast, accompanied by discomfort, fatigue, and weight loss. After multiple medical consultations and tests at a government-approved hospital – UNIVERSITY COLLEGE HOSPITAL (UCH). She was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. The doctors confirmed that immediate surgical intervention, followed by post-surgery treatment, is necessary to prevent the cancer from spreading further and to give her a chance at survival.

The required surgery is a mastectomy the removal of the affected breast along with the removal of nearby lymph nodes. This procedure, combined with chemotherapy sessions afterward, will cost more than we can currently afford. The estimated total cost for the surgery, medication, post-operative care, and follow-up treatments is $4,236 dollars to ₦6,485,000 naira. This includes hospital admission fees, anesthesia, blood tests, pathology examinations, and necessary drugs.

Unfortunately, my current earnings as a loan verification officer are barely enough to take care of daily family needs, let alone such an overwhelming medical expense. Over the past months, we have exhausted our savings, sold valuable belongings, and received help from a few family members and friends, but the amount raised so far is still far from what is required. Every passing day without the surgery increases the risk of the cancer advancing to other parts of her body, which could make treatment more complicated and less effective.

My wife is not just my partner but also a mother, a sister, and a friend to many. She has always been a caring, selfless woman who supports others in their times of need. Now, she is the one in desperate need of help, and I cannot bear the thought of losing her simply because of financial constraints.

I appeal to anyone reading this to please consider contributing whatever you can toward her surgery and treatment. No amount is too small; every naira brings us closer to saving my wife’s life. Contributions can be made directly to the provided account details, and I am willing to share hospital documents and medical reports to confirm the authenticity of this appeal.

Your generosity and kindness can give my wife the gift of life. May God bless and reward you abundantly.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR TUTION

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR TUTION FEE

I am a mother of five and for as long as I can remember, life has been a constant uphill climb. My income is so small that it barely covers food and the most basic bills for my personal and family needs. My husband who is expected to be the primary financier of the family has always been on contract jobs, which the family cannot solely depend on to meet basic needs. This is because, whatever he earns, goes straight into settling our outstanding debts and unpaid bills.

Every month, it feels like we are choosing which essential need to take care of and which one to tackle next. The most challenging part of all this has been the effect on my children’s education. Presently, I have two children in the university. My eldest daughter who is in 300 level, now has to leave from home to school every day, because I can no longer afford her hostel fees and this is exhausting for her and my finance. The thought of how I will pay for her next session’s fees keeps me awake at night. My eldest son has just been offered an admission, but I have no idea how I will pay for his tuition. My other children in secondary school could not sit for their last term exams because we could not pay their school fees. As a mother, nothing hurts more than watching your children miss out on their education because of funds.

I know that the only sustainable solution to our situation is for me to improve my qualifications so I can get a better-paying job. This is why I have been offered the opportunity to study at the University of Derby. If I manage to complete this programme, it will open the door to better career prospects and a salary that can cover our living expenses, pay the children’s school fees on time, and give my family a stable life. The tuition fee is £16,900, but when I add the cost of books, health insurance, rent, and living expenses, I will need around £20,000 to study without the constant burden of financial stress.

I am appealing to kind-hearted individuals who can help me realize this dream. I am not only asking on behalf of myself, but for my children’s future. Your donation will not only fund my education; it will give my family a chance to live with dignity, stability, and hope. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to changing our lives forever.

May God bless you as you see through my story to give a helping hand.

Please help pay my $3500 Loan

Hello everyone,

Please I need your help, please my name is Samson I have sickle cell disease. I am currently trying to pay back a loan I collected for my health.

I’m currently battling the complications of sickle cell disease, which recently led to a severe leg ulcer, jaundice, and gallbladder stones. These complications required urgent and expensive hospital treatment, without which I wouldn’t be here today.

To afford the care, I had no choice but to take a loan. I have done everything I can to try and repay it, but due to my ongoing health challenges and inability to work consistently, I’ve fallen behind.

Now the loan company is threatening to come after not just me, but my family as well. The stress of this, on top of my health issues, has been overwhelming and terrifying. I am long overdue, and I don’t know what else to do.

If you can spare anything even a small amount it would mean the world to me. Your support can help me keep my family safe, protect us from legal trouble, and give me a fighting chance to focus on healing.

Goal: $3,500
