Save our home 🐾

Cool Maverick

From the Desk (and Paws) of Maverick the Staffordshire Terrier

Hi there, humans of the internet! My name is Maverick, and I’m a Staffordshire Terrier living with my dad, who just so happens to be my hero. He’s a transformational life coach who spends his days helping others turn their lives around—except right now, we’re the ones in need of a little help. Things have been ruff for us this year, and I’m not just talking about missing my trips to the dog park.

Dad has been working 75-80 hours a week trying to keep his business afloat. He’s done everything possible—sacrificing sleep, time, and yes… even my treats (I miss those peanut butter ones!)—but despite his tireless efforts, we’ve hit a wall. And now, things have gotten so serious that we’re on the verge of losing our home.

Can you imagine? No warm bed for me to curl up in, no comfy couch for dad to collapse on after a long day, and worst of all, no place to call our home. We’ve been served an eviction notice, and we have until October 28th to come up with $15,400 or… well, I’m not sure where we’ll go. The streets are getting colder, and as much as I like walks, I don’t think we’re ready for a permanent outdoor adventure.

Dad has tried everything—applying for loans, promoting his services on social media—but things just aren’t clicking fast enough. He’s so stressed, barely getting any sleep, and it’s starting to show. And me? Well, I’m trying to be strong, but I can’t help but worry about what’s going to happen to us. Without him, I’m just a mess of a dog, and without me, well… let’s just say we need each other to stay sane.

That’s why I decided it was time to take matters into my own paws and reach out to you, the kind-hearted humans of the internet. I’m asking—no, begging—for your help. If there’s anything you can do to help us reach our goal and save our home, I would be forever grateful. And I’m pretty sure dad would be, too, though he might not wag his tail as much as I do.

If you’ve ever wanted to be a real-life superhero to a coach and his loyal pup, now’s your chance! Please help us stay together, warm, and safe in our home. With your support, we can continue our adventures—and I might even get my peanut butter treats back! 🐾

From the bottom of my big doggy heart (and my dad’s), thank you.

Love,
Maverick

Financially Struggling due to truck breaking down.

First i want to direly thank anyone that takes their time to care enough to even read my cries for help. In recent weeks, I’ve encountered a series of unfortunate events that have put me in a difficult financial position. My truck, which is essential to my daily life, has broken down, and without it, I’ve been unable to get to work. Living six miles from the nearest town, having reliable transportation is critical, not just for earning a living but also for basic errands and responsibilities. Unfortunately, with no vehicle, I’ve been left without any means of income, and this has led to a cascade of financial challenges that are becoming harder to overcome with each passing day.

Because I rely on my truck to commute to work, its breakdown has completely disrupted my ability to maintain a steady income. This has made covering my basic expenses, such as rent, utilities, and food, increasingly difficult. Every day that my truck remains inoperable is another day that I fall behind, making it feel like an insurmountable obstacle. Despite my best efforts to manage with what little savings I had, those funds have quickly dwindled, and I find myself struggling to make ends meet.

On top of that, the breakdown has impacted more than just my ability to work. I also have a dog, who relies on me to take care of her needs, including regular vet checkups. Due to my financial struggles, I’ve fallen behind on her veterinary visits because I can neither afford to pay for her care nor arrange for transportation to get her there. Her health and well-being are incredibly important to me, but at the moment, I feel helpless to provide the care she needs, which only adds to the stress I’m already feeling. The worry about her health weighs heavily on me, but with my truck still out of commission, my options are severely limited.

The truck’s breakdown has created a domino effect of struggles that keep piling up. Without transportation, I’m cut off from opportunities to work and earn money, which in turn prevents me from fixing the truck or affording the necessary maintenance. Each day without my vehicle makes it harder to regain my footing, and as the bills continue to accumulate, I feel increasingly overwhelmed by the financial burden.

What started as a simple mechanical issue has snowballed into a much larger crisis, and I now find myself in a position where I need financial help to break free from this cycle. Getting my truck repaired would allow me to return to work and begin resolving these challenges, but without immediate assistance, I’m stuck in a situation where things will only continue to deteriorate. I’m asking for help in this difficult time so that I can get my truck back on the road, return to work, and provide for both myself and my dog. Any support, no matter how small, would go a long way in helping me recover from this tough situation and get back on my feet. If I can get back on my feet I could soon be in a position to pay the help forward to someone else that needs it as well. If you would like to donate and help me, my PayPal is @JNowlin23.Ā  It would be a blessing.

Business Startup to be owned by and to hire disabled

I am a diabled person who does not recieve adequate Social Security to cover monthly costs and my disability/health condition limits my ability to actually perform/or maintain a job. I would like to start a small business to supplement Social Security cover medical expenses and hire other disabled individuals, which can be accomplished admist health issues as the typical barriers of time constraints and performance, travel etc. would be lifted. The business would be providing youth sports leagues an school sports with a photo package which includes sports cards of the entire team and a blown up of the individual. which can be done fairly inexpensively and generate a modest revenue to which again helps to cover costs that Social Secruity does not cover in these times where housing, groceries and daily day to day expenses have become unbarable.

Mother of 3 Needs Your Help to Fight Against Cancer and Debt

I am reaching out with a heavy heart, seeking compassion and support during one of the most challenging times in my life. I am a 39-year-old mother of three wonderful children. I have been battling a series of significant health challenges and financial hardships that have left me in a desperate situation. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. After a difficult battle, I underwent a mastectomy to remove my right breast and completed a rigorous course of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, my recovery has been prolonged due to a weakened immune system, which has been further complicated by my ongoing struggle with sickle cell disease. The medical costs associated with my treatment have been overwhelming. I have no health insurance to cover these expenses and so I have accrued approximately a lot debt. I am unable to afford the breast reconstruction or other necessary medical procedures, and the financial strain is putting immense pressure on my family and me. The weight of this debt and the ongoing medical costs have become a burden that’s too heavy for me to carry. I am reaching out in the hope receiving some assistance that will help ease some of this financial pressure. Any support would be deeply appreciated. Your generosity could make a significant difference in my ability to focus on recovery and provide for my family during this challenging time. Thank you for taking the time to read my plea. I am grateful for any help you can offer and for your consideration of my situation.

Thank You and God Bless You

ON BEHALF OF THE FUTURE, MY FUTURE

I hope this message finds you all well. I am writing on behalf of the future & my future. The demand for qualified therapist has never been greater. The world is in a state of NEED. A need for empathy, understanding and safe spaces. Many of us are striving to make a meaningful impact in our communities and then some. I’ve been trying to stay afloat and am facing some extreme hard times. The problem is, I do not want to settle. I do not want to settle at all, its not even a thought. I cannot let life take over completely -I am asking for financial assistance to complete my RTT program – which will put me in a position to help others instead of being on the receiving end! I am capable and more than willing to be of service in bettering this place which we live.

I am seeking financial assistance to get through School to go through an accredited program & become an Officially Certified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT). I enrolled in November of 2023 and lost access to my learning account because of no payments. Life has created a few tough blockages & I’ve somehow managed to be able to stick the tip of my nose above water. I am trying so very hard to not be so torn apart.Ā  Your generous support would help me achieve this mission of receiving high quality education as I am aspiring to enter the field of therapy. The funding will go directly to the school’s financial department. This will allow me to focus on my studies and professional development without the burden of financial strain – (which will also put great improvement on me physically, mentally, & personally). I cannot receive financial aid – I currently hold a bachelor’s in human services & have already exhausted my options through financial aid. I got lucky speaking with RTTs financial advisor, and they made it, so my payments are $795 instead of $949. I’d be paying $9,540 instead of $11,376. I am thankful for the discount. I dream daily of completing this program and seeing the post-nominal initials at the end of my name. I dream of it all day. I truly need help, I want to win, I want to help others. I appreciate any amount, and every amount sent to make this dream a reality.

The payment for Schooling is 12 monthly payments of $795 = $9,540

This generous act will cover tuition costs, provide resources and materials & put me in good standing with the school’s finance department.

I can accept the payment through Pay Pal

Just need a little help after a couple of hard months.

Hello,

It feels weird to ask for help when things in the world are going the way they are, but here I am.

I am a woman of 45; I live with my 78 (Mom)& 79 (Dad) yr old parents and my 55 yr old brother. I am my mother’s primary caregiver after a severe stroke; my father is still doing pretty well; he can’t hear too well and is a bit stubborn, but he is good. They are both retired, and my brother lives here because he had a stroke 2 years ago, but he has recovered well.

So my brother and I have part-time jobs, he because of his stroke, me because of being my Mom’s caretaker.

Starting in August, we lost very suddenly and unexpectedly one of our furry kids. The vet bill was a lot, but we were able to pay it. Then, within 2 weeks, both of our vehicles broke down. We were able to get one fixed, but the other is still not working; this put a considerable dent in our funds, and at the beginning of this month, we had a pipe burst; our home is old, so we had a pipe decide to give up. The plumbing put us in the bind of me asking strangers for help. It took everything to fix it and then some. My Dad had to get a small personal loan to pay for it. So for October, we are over-extended, and the mortgage is due at the beginning of November. It will be tight for a few months because we went through our savings (all 4 of us).

I don’t want/need a ton of money, but enough to maybe cover the mortgage for one month would be absolutely incredible, as that would allow my parents, especially, to build up a little savings again. If you’re curious, that total would be $806. But any help would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate your time in reading our story/request. If I am lucky enough to receive donations, thank you in advance.

Help me and my dog Chloe not become homeless!

I am running out of options at this time.Ā  I am 55 years old and live in Lake Elsinore, California.Ā  I ā€œhadā€ the perfect job, until the one person that I trusted, whom I worked with at Disneyland for almost 20 years, stabbed me in the back and I was wrongfully terminated in April of this year.Ā  She had created an extremely hostile work environment for me where I would have daily panic & anxiety attacks.Ā  When I would go home, I would sit in my car and cry for an hour.Ā  Since then, just trying to keep things positive isn’t all the best, and my health is deteriorating.Ā  I’m HIV+ which is a double-edged sword, since stress, panic attacks, anxiety and depression tend to affect it, and not in the best ways either.Ā  Since April, I have been looking for a new job daily.Ā  I spend my mornings and afternoons applying to jobs that I am qualified for, but being 55 doesn’t make things easier.Ā  Sure, we have the ā€œAge Discriminationā€ Law, but in all seriousness, it DOES happen sadly.Ā  I either get the standard ā€œcannedā€ response, or you are either Over qualified or do not have enough experience.Ā  The best ones are, ā€œwe loved you, but we went with the internal candidateā€ but they don’t provide you with any feedback to help your chances next time.Ā  I have practically sold everything I own and by the end of this year, I will have no more money to my name.Ā  The money that I do have is paying for my utilities and rent for November and December.Ā  Then come January 2025, I will have $0!Ā  My unemployment runs out at the end of this week, and the last thing I want is to lose my house and have myself and my dog Chloe, who is my lifesaver, become homeless and on the streets.Ā  I don’t have any friends or family I can borrow from either.Ā  Trying to find a new job at my age is difficult to say the least.Ā  But if you can help out anyway, at least get me through the next few months (3-6 months), that should help, hopefully. Rent each month is $3,300.00 and utilities each month are $1,800.00.Ā  My PayPal.me link is –

Financial Hardship-Wish

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my request. I sometimes have a hard time asking for help but I am so burdened with lack of funds in my current financial situation to make much progress in life.

I have been traveling for over 5 years from the midwest to Virginia and Washington to care for my 88 year old (demented) parents and my 27 year old son with mental health issues. My parents are now residing in an assisted living facility in VA but still require us kids to take them to medical appointments and maintain their personal affairs. My siblings and I are structuring a plan to ‘rotate’ care going forward. My son is again seeking treatment and better medication(s). It has been a long road but I know that my continual contact and that of his older brother has/will provide the love, support and encouragement he needs to get better.Ā  All the driving/gas/food (without steady employment) has me in a predicament.

Here and now. I have been dealing with my own health issues. This also another huge factor that has me in this hardship. I am currently working as much as I can with part time gigs, online remote work and sewing from home. I am negotiating/restructuring my credit card debt of $12,915. What was once manageable “I’ll pay those off here soon” has turned into an abyss of high(er) interest rate nightmares. NEVER again. I have learned this trap too well. I need this burden of $12,915. lifted so I can begin again. With deep appreciation I receive what you can help me with, joyfully.

I would like to end this correspondence on a positive note! In February when my lease is up I plan live in a Van/RV so that I can live and work ‘on the road’. I am currently cultivating remote online gigs and looking into companies (Roadie, CitizenShipper etc) for transporting animals and other precious cargo as I am writing my business plan. I love animals, people and travel (yes, driving). I can continue my family caretaking and be supported by this income. It feels like the universe has set me up for this…sounds strange but my faith leads me on. I am truly touched when I read others messages on this platform. With gratitude and sincerity, thank you.

Hope for a Home – Cancer is taking my sister… Help us keep her kids with family

http://Paypal.me/CandraAdele

In October 2023, my 33 year old sister was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic lung cancer. Originally she had a mass in her right lung, left 3rd rib and lymph node. After radiation Monday -friday and chemo for 4 months, she continued to developed more masses during treatment. She is now undergoing immunotherapy in hopes to prolong the inevitable however complications have caused set backs in her immunotherapy infusions. She is currently on oxygen and the machine she needs to run in order to avoid using all of her portable tanks trips the main breaker to her home.

She is a single mother of 4. My nieces are 11, 13, & 15. My nephew is 6 and mostly non verbal on the spectrum. I am a mother of 4 (my oldest two daughters do not live with me as they are 18 & 20 and moved out to start lives of their own). My youngest 2 children are 8 & 14. My significant other has 3 daughters that he shares custody of. My sister and I each currently live in mobile homes (conveniently next to each other) that are not in great shape but it’s all we can afford. We have no other family support so I have no back ups/no cosigner to lean on for help.

As she declines I am finding it very difficult to juggle two separate houses. I will also be taking guardianship of my sisters children when the time comes as their fathers are not in their lives at all. In total I will have 6 children full time and the extra 3 part time (yes… 9 kids… because why not right?!). I want to be there to care for her and her children as well as care for mine while I’m working as many hours as I can pick up caring for those with mental and physical disabilities.

Needless to say, it has been an extremely difficult year. My pay isn’t nearly enough to rent and after maxing credit cards to cover transportation and her finances while she was waiting for disability, as well as finance a disaster of a vehicle from a buy here pay here rip off business, my credit isn’t great.

I’ve exhausted all options of how I am going to be qualified to buy a home big enough let alone continue to afford what all it entails/monthly expenses/mortgage. I am not sure what anyone may be able to help with or how, but at this point I am desperate to make this happen. I can’t raise 6 (sometimes 9) kids in a fixer upper 2 1/2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home let alone have space for my terminally I’ll sister and I refuse to let my nieces and nephew end up in foster care. I’m just a mom/sister/aunt who is trying to do the right thing with no means to do so.

IĀ would volunteer every free second I have to help others in any way I possibly can! My dream is to run a non profit advocacy center someday. If anyone can help, I would do anything to give back!

Financial Hardship

This month has brought about so much chaos for my family. My husband lost his job and I had to come home after working as an OTR truck driver of the last 8 years. I had no option as I needed to find the means to keep a roof over our heads. But the bills are piling up to fast and I’ve been unable to find a job as of the time of posting this. This is a last ditch effort to not get evicted in 8 days, keep our vehicle, and survive till I can find a sustainable job. I’m an extremely hard worker and I’ve been studying day trading forex for the last year while I was working 80 hr weeks on the road. It just won’t work fast enough to pay our bills in the immediate.

I never thought I would have to do something like this, have always believed in working for what I have but life really turned against me this time. I would have been able to continue in my job but I had to come home to update my license as it was about to expire and due to Hurricane Milton, I was delayed too long in being able to do so.

I’m in need of about $15,000 to pay rent, electric, internet, food, and to keep our truck from being repossessed. I need a vehicle to get around for all jobs I am looking to do.

If you can find it in the kindness of your heart to help in any way, I will be eternally grateful.

Support for Ukrainian Refugees and Soldiers: We Need Your Help

We need your support to help Ukrainian refugees who have fled to Finland and are in urgent need of basic necessities such as clothing, furniture, and other essential items. Many have left everything behind and are starting over with nothing. By contributing, you can make a real difference in their lives, providing them with the support they need to rebuild.

In addition to helping those who have arrived in Finland, we are raising funds to repair donated vehicles. These vehicles will be sent to Ukraine to assist soldiers and volunteers in need of reliable transportation. We have already sent several vehicles to the front lines, along with vital supplies like generators. Right now, two more vehicles are being repaired by Ukrainians here in Finland, and once ready, they will be driven to the front lines.

Your donation will help cover the costs of repairs and other essential needs, ensuring that both the refugees in Finland and those fighting in Ukraine receive the help they need. Every contribution, no matter the size, will have a direct impact. Together, we can make a difference.

Thank you!

accident and are seeking

If you’ve been involved in an accident and are seeking compensation, here are some steps to consider:

1. **Document the Incident**: Gather evidence such as photos, witness statements, and any police reports.

2. **Seek Medical Attention**: Prioritize your health and keep records of all medical treatment.

3. **Contact Insurance**: Report the accident to your insurance company and consider the other party’s insurer as well.

4. **Consult a Lawyer**: If the accident involves significant damages or injuries, a personal injury attorney can help navigate your case and ensure you receive fair compensation.

5. **File a Claim**: Depending on the circumstances, you may need to file a claim with your insurance or pursue a personal injury lawsuit.

6. **Negotiate**: Be prepared to negotiate with insurance companies to reach a settlement.

Make sure to act promptly, as there are often deadlines for filing claims.

An Injured man and his little girl need help please.

I am asking for help because no matter what I do, I can’t seem to find another way to deal with what’s happening right now in mine and my young daughters life, and I’m realizing that I am finding myself in a situation I thought I’d never encounter. In the past few months, I’ve lost both my job and my wife. Now my daughter is in jeopardy because I cant afford to transport her back and forth to school and to her after school activity programs. The pain has been overwhelming, and I’ve been struggling to keep my head above water.

My wife and I were involved in a car accident resulting from a man with Alzheimer’s disease driving down the wrong side of the road. Speeding in an SUV truck he drove straight into us while we were sitting at the stop light.

My wife, she was killed on impact. I suffered head trauma and multiple concussions along with back injuries with pain that still will not go away , and I’ve been out of work ever since. The medical bills and other expenses have been piling up, I’m running out of food for my little girl and I’m just at a loss as to how to provide for my daughter at this time.

If you are able, please, God help me to stay a float another month. So I can find some work that I can do. I know their is a job for me out there somewhere. I I’m so scared. I cant loose my little girl. I need your help so much. I’m trying to recover but it’s taking time and without help time is not something I will not have anymore. Please , I am a hardworking individual, and I’m determined to rebuild my life and create a better future for my daughter.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this. I appreciate you. For your understanding and support and if you are able to help us, this is our information cash-app-tagĀ  $l0yal901Ā  (both of the 0’s are Zero’s)
