I was told that I have to pay for moving expense and damages that was done to my apartment, my back story is that I have a son who is mentally unstable, He would stay with me for a while and then become destructive. As a result I had to leave my apartment and stay elsewhere . I don’t like to ask for help,

I'm about $500,000 in debt right now.
When COVID-19 was occured, I suffered a huge loss from my investment
And in order to make up for that loss, as I continued to take on loans. 
However, the debt had grown and I could no longer control it.

I suffer every day.

As I live in mental pain, even my personality is changing.
A few days ago, my second child said she wanted to drink water from a cup with a spoon and asked for a spoon.

If she finds out, our family will be broken up,

Hello.  I’m a woman of four children.  Two school age and two under the age of five.  My youngest is five months.  I’m married and my husband and I hit hard times.  We are struggling to make ends meet now that we are living off one income.  It hit us pretty hard with me losing my job, having a baby, and using up our savings.  We have been doing everything we can to keep it together until I find employment but I haven’t heard anything.  With the boys birthdays coming up, drowning in debt (maxed out cards), things coming up for them with school, needing to buy them clothes, worried that we may not have the funds for Thanksgiving or Christmas, food in general, vehicle issues, we could really use some help.  We have really tried to keep things together for the family, but it’s taking its toll on us. My husband is proud and he won’t ask for help.  He believes that things will work themselves out and he doesn’t want to trouble anyone.  He works long hours and is always under stress.  I just want to help him in any way that i can help. Hello. My husband and I are 54 and our daughter is 17. We were fortunate enough to have a stable life- enough income to cover our expenses and not too much debt, until the pandemic.

My husband fell into a severe depression because of covid. All around him he saw our country falling apart and going to war over masks and vaccines. Working in the healthcare industry where your goal is to take care of humanity and do no harm, covid took away his hope and idealism over the nature of human beings.  He was only able to work sporadically and at much effort mental health wise. I was still working but it wasnt enough.

We started relying on government pandemic loans to keep everything afloat. And now those loans are coming due. We had to put our home as collateral on these loans and are looking at losing our home, our pets, our belongings, all because of covid. And to make it even worse we both contracted covid last year and are still struggling healthwise due to our age. Chronic exhaustion, breathing issues and decreased quality of living.

About 2 years ago, my dad had 2 strokes. The first one was very mild but the second one was more severe. It left him unable to use the left side of his body. Then when we realized that he was getting worst instead of better, he was diagnosed with Dementia. And sadly it was progressing fast. So I moved back home to help my mom with my dad. That is pretty much what my life consist of now. Which I don’t mind at all, but it’s the hardest thing ive ever had to go through especially since im a “daddys girl”.Anyways money is getting super tight and i can tell my mom is starting to stress. That worries me because both my parents aren’t young, they are in there 70’s so it would be a blessing to help her stress a little less. My name is Danelle, a single mom of two girls. I am not usually one to look for help because I never really had to, until my mom died in 2018. I was a full time college student, employee, and mom. Unfortunately, my mom took ill while my children were still very young, and I had to also care for her. As a result, I had to leave school several times because of my mom’s health-never obtaining my degree. My situation has made it very difficult to obtain many of my goals. Because I was living with my mom until her death, I’ve never experienced many things that your average adult would have by my age. I was also left to care for her home with minimal income. Through my adversities, I have been able to maintain good enough credit to obtain a vehicle to get stable employment, among other things. I was working a government job last year, where I experienced some discrimination, and lost my job in June 2022. I was able to maintain the bare necessities with the help of odd jobs and my very small village. I had to fight to receive unemployment until December 2022. My expenses were spiraling in the meantime. I incurred an insurance lapse because I wasn’t working for so long. I finally got another job making enough to sustain had I not already been so far in the hole. My monthly expenses include: rent ($1500), car  payment ($553), car insurance ($589) Groceries (approx. $500). I need assistance with my rent to avoid eviction. My vehicle needs to be registered next month, but I can’t afford to pay the lapse fee with MVA ($780). I really need help with just getting back on my feet. I would like to be able to go back to school, but the stress is too much to help me focus on anything else. My mental health issues-anxiety, depression, and PTSD- may play a small part in my setbacks as well. It’s been so bad that my meds wouldn’t really help. I would need about $15,000 total to really have the fresh start that I need. It would be gratefully appreciated.

My son and I have just recently escaped an abusive situation with my ex partner. I haven’t been able to work for a while because my ex wouldn’t allow me to work. He controlled everything, including all of the finances…except one credit card.

Anyway, my son and I were able to escape….which left me with a credit card bill that I cannot pay. We have traveled from Europe back to the US, and the plane tickets cost a lot.
