Brain surgery now blind and losing EVERYTHING!

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I just found out about the site. I’m pretty skeptical about it, but you never know. Maybe God put this site in my path for a reason

I’m posting this for my husband’s child friend Daniel, who we took in May 20 24, February 2024 Daniel went to the ER and ended up having an emergency brain surgery. He had too much fluid on his brain and they had to put a stent in after just surviving a massive heart attack he woke up from the surgery, completely blind and his wife of 10+ years took her and her two boys to Michigan and he lost his house and he moved in apartment with us and the cost of trying to help him has put a financial strain on Daniel and me and my husband and we are about to lose our place to live. I can’t believe there aren’t programs to help someone like him. We had one organization reach out to help him for one month and he was on unemployment however that ended in June and he hasn’t been able to get assistance of any kind. However he has cooperate with everything in the state has asked him to do and despite everything still got a job that he doesn’t start till December 16 this man has lost his family his site his job that he had for 26+ years as a mechanic. He’s a bad ass mechanic so he lost he can’t even work on cars anymore and that’s his passion so he’s pretty much lost everything and a spite of all he still went out and he found an organization that hired blind people and found a job however he still has to learn to live in the world blind. He’s had no one to take care of him. I’m about to have a back surgery for the third time. I’m the one that helps him. We just need help. We just need help. We lost our car. We’re about to lose our house to hand. This is all doing helping somebody out the kindness of our heart we put ourselves in jeopardy. I just cannot believe it’s not programmed to help somebody like him. I’m asking no I’m actually begging. I do not want to start over again. I do not wanna go to a shelter. I don’t want him in a shelter if anybody could help Us I have documentations to prove everything I’m telling you I know it’s a longshot. I’m not really expecting anything to come of this but if for some reason, God put this in our pet and it actually works. I promise push the blessing for it when we’re back on our feet and he’s back on his all his family is deceased. Everyone, his brother his mom is dad they’re all gone. He has nobody so we took him in even though we were already struggling before we took him in and now all three of us I pray in the prize for having a kind heart so he wasn’t homeless and he wants to start a foundation for somebody who’s in the same situation as him eventually which needs to be done because he can’t even go to the training he needs to learn to live blindly. I mean, it’s like an infant learning how to live again learning how to redo everything he can’t he can’t do anything for himself yet it just saddens me if anybody could help out, we would greatly appreciate it. by the mercy of God this works. I would probably break into tears and disbelief, but I guess I’ll try. We have nothing else to lose. We’re about to lose it all so happy holidays and God bless and I hope that somebody resisted it touches their heart, and they are willing to help

My teeth ruins my life

Dear community, I desperately need my teeth complete makeover. The last estimated budget is 16200 dollars and it’s great, because all necessary root channels are already fixed. I am still beautiful woman in my 48, but I cannot open my mouth even. My social life goes by, I can’t date  and simply be around people, because I can’t smile, I think I already forgot how to… My self-esteem dropped significantly and I feel like I’ll forever be like that . Single Father of 5 in need os some help.

Hi,

 

I am a single father of five children, and work from home to be able to spend more time with my family.  As a digital illustrator, and aspiring author, I work on commission.  Unfortunately, this year has been a real trial.  Due to the higher taxes for most of my customer base, they have had less money to purchase artworks, leaving me working longer hours and having much less time to write on the novel I am in the process of producing.

 

Even with those longer hours, the money has barely been enough to keep my head above water for most of the year, and I have had to rely on my little brother’s kindness whom we are living with, to help out when he can to make sure all the bills get covered.  To top things off, my suburban died due to a spectacular electrical failure that left it as little more than a parts vehicle.  I need to replace it so I can still get to the store and out to the park with the family and so on.

I am trying as hard as I can, but the harder I try, the more the well seems to dry up.  At this point I really do need some help.  I need to replace the vehicle, my computer is aging poorly, and being nearly 10 years old, it is struggling to keep up with the modern art applications I use.  Last year, one of my customers footed the bill to get my dying Cintiq replaced, so at least that is new, but what it is attached to is also trying to fail and if I lose that I will really be up the proverbial creek without the paddle.

At the moment I am looking to replace my Suburban with another older model vehicle, not just for the affordability of it, but also for the fact that I turn my own wrenches and thus know how to work on the older, early 2000s models (my last was a 2004), and I am looking at older 2000-2010 model Suburbans. I wouldn’t mind a slightly newer vehicle but would be happy with the older 2000-2006 model.  Still the cost is prohibitive even for something older like that.

Prices in my area are in the $10,00 to $15,000 range if they are in even halfway decent condition and still have another 100,000 miles or so on the engine.  To cover the cost of getting one, getting it properly licensed and insured and still having a little left over for incidental maintenance for the first couple of months I need to get somewhere around $11,000 to $17,000 minimum for a vehicle that is still going to be somewhere around 20 years old, but I do need the vehicle so that I can get the family around.

In addition to that, my computer is aging badly and really starting to struggle, and I need that to keep my income coming in.  To replace it is going to be at least another $7,500 to bring it fully up to date with modern parts and equipment to keep it running for the next 5-10 years.  This is far more than I can hope to afford, as right now I am struggling with putting enough together to even get the family Christmas presents this year.

Right now, if I could get donations to total $30,000, that would allow me to get a mid milage 2007-2010 suburban near me, license and insure it, build the new work-computer for my art and writing business, as well as pay this month’s bills and have enough left over to get the whole family a few nice presents to open Christmas morning.  If any of you can find it in your heart to help us out, that would be amazing.

Best friends sister died from cancer

Hey there. My best friend’s sister has passed from stage 4 metastatic breast cancer at the age of 35. This has left behind her young age daughter to now be in my best friend’s care. This also left behind a mortgage payment for a house that still hasn’t sold. The child’s “father” is involved and shows about once a month but is no financial help. On top of that, was the funeral costs,  and whatever will be left after insurance chooses what to cover and not, she was a veteran but we know health care even from the VA is garbage. This is a huge financial burden on my friends, she’s in slow season for her job and is now financially caring for a child(that she loves but didn’t choose to have) and any remaining bills and expenses her sister has left behind. She sent me a Snapchat last night about being sick, and that she can’t take the time off because she needs the money because the mortgage alone is $2k more a month. She’s picked up a second job for winter, but I just feel so helpless there isn’t a way I can save her from this. There was a funding account but that disappeared so quickly, that she’s once again drowning. I’ve never done something like this, but if I can even help her financially just a little bit I really would love to. She is such a kind caring human and deserves the world, and this child does even more so. To lose her mother at 2 may not be a hardship she even kind of knows now, but she will feel it through her entire life and I just want it to not include a financial hardship as well. Need $150,000 To lose weight and start my career as a Rapper

I want to be a Rapper, and have a job.  However, I feel that I work with nothing but Rednecks and Aryans in Lakeland, FL  I have filed complaints against workers in my workplace, but the racism seems to be at the Equal Opportunity position and the Maintenance Supervisor position.  I feel like there are numerous violations of racial discrimination in the form of work assignments and the wide use of racial slurs in the workplace.  I have had this problem at different jobs in Florida with some Hispanics and Whites.  I am a mixed Hispanic (Samoan-Mexican-White), but my skin complexion is too dark to accept, so I feel I am treated as a Black person by most of these types of people.

My goal is to use this job as a Diesel Mechanic and propel myself as a rapper.  However, I am 310lbs and I need to lose enough weight to be 210-220lbs of muscle, so I have a better chance at making it in the Rap game.  I also need about 2 more years of music development, and language skills in English and Spanish.  I want to be a rapper with good communication skills and musical talent.

Spent the last 15 years in a toxic relationship

My name is Katie. I got in my first relationship young and didn’t know any better. As the years progressed, I found out he had started using drugs and that when the violence started. Retired Disabled School Teacher Needs Mortgage Assistance

 

          My name is Verdell, and I am a 64 year old, disabled, retired teacher, who occasionally works as a substitute for the West Contra Costa Unified School District Richmond, CA. (WCCUSD)  I work for the district to help subsidize my income, however, there is a cap on the amount of money I am allowed to make each year due to my disability. I have had a right knee replacement, and a left hip replacement.  The knee replacement has not healed well and causes constant pain.

The Covid-19 pandemic caused many issues for me.  I have a duplex with two units.  I rented one unit to a male Section 8 recipient with a young daughter.  The daughter had recently lost her mother and she therefore began living with her dad.  They lived there several years but soon the daughter moved out because the father began letting other men move into the home and she did not feel safe.  Also there was drug use going on.  Eventually the people that moved into the apartment forced the Section 8 recipient out of his own home.  I now had squatters that had to be evicted. They took the wires out of the heater and let the dog poop on the floor in the living room.  There was no electricity or water in the unit. They were stealing electricity to run a generator, from the neighbors. I hired a lawyer to help me evict the squatters.  I was able to get a payment plan from the lawyer.  The process took 5 months and I did not receive ant rent for that unit for 5 months.  The eviction took place March 3, 2024.  The apartment was trashed and destroyed.  The wood floor was damaged and buckled and many of the doors were burnt or kicked in.  The rehabilitation of the unit took an additional 4 months and I had to move into the unit as I worked on it.

The second unit was rented to a mother and her daughter.  Soon the husband moved in and their two sons.  One of the sons had two daughters that moved in as well.  The father assulted me because he did not want me in the unit to complete an inspection and that resulted in a restraining order against him.  The father was rude and disrespectful to me during their stay.  The father was running a car repair shop in the unit which resulted in the neighbors complaining of the traffic and the filth around the unit.  The City of Richmond was also complaining of the multiple broken down car, unregistered car, and car parts all over the property.  After many requests for the tenants to comply with the conditions of their lease, the neighbors began serving me with affidavits of complaints for the destruction of property in the neighborhood.  I had to evict them as well with the assistance of the lawyer I hired.  In court on January 12, 2024, the Judge gave them an additional 4 months to live rent free.  They were to move out April 31, 2024.  From November 1, 2023 until April 31, 2024 I did not receive any rent from that unit.  The unit was completely destroyed and infested with roaches, even though I had a rodent control service which was not allowed to go into the unit to spray.  The process was a nightmare.

Paying the mortgage and the bills for the duplex without receiving any rent, hiring a lawyer, and completely rehabilitating the property was difficult and costly.  I completely exhausted my savings and spent all the money I made on my job.  I was able to keep afloat through October 31, 2024, but after that I have fallen behind on my mortgage for November 2024.  Since I will not be able to return to work until January 2025, I will not be able to make payment for the mortgage in December 2024 either.  At that point I will be heading toward foreclosure because I will be unable to catch up.

I need help paying the mortgage and paying the lawyer fees. I seriously try to be self reliant.  I do not like to ask for help.  However, my back is against the wall and I am having a difficult time facing the future.  Who would have thought that helping others with young children would end up with me losing my home.  I am asking for $10,000 to help me catch up on my mortgage and to help me pay for the lawyer.  Thank you for listening and reading this post.  Thank you in advance for any assistance you are able to give.
