Please Help Me Get Back on the Road – Support Needed for Car Repairs 🙏

Hi, my name is Kamil, and I’m reaching out for help in a tough situation I find myself in. I’m 38 years old, living in Poland, and it’s just me and my beloved cat, who wandered into my life about 10 years ago. While I have a full-time job, I also have significant financial obligations, including supporting my elderly mother, who is retired and relies on me. Retirement pensions in Poland are shockingly low—barely enough to cover basic needs—so I do everything I can to help her.

I’m lucky to own a 2012 Ford Focus Combi with a 1.6 diesel engine, which I bought when I was in a better financial position. It has been a reliable companion for years, helping me earn extra income through evening and weekend gigs like delivering food via Uber Eats or working as a taxi driver. Unfortunately, after years of heavy use and minimal servicing, my car has broken down, and the cost of repairs is beyond what I can afford right now.

Here’s a breakdown of the $2,800 I need for repairs:

  • Used gearbox: 2000–2500 PLN ($500–$620)
  • Clutch and dual-mass flywheel replacement: 2000 PLN ($500)
  • Complete brake set: 800 PLN ($200)
  • Handbrake cable and repair: 800 PLN ($200)
  • Oil leak repair: 500 PLN ($125)
  • Timing belt replacement: 1000 PLN ($250)
  • Labor costs: 3000 PLN ($750)

These repairs are essential to get the car back on the road and allow me to resume my side gigs, which are a vital part of my income. Without the car, I’m struggling to make ends meet.

Over the past months, I’ve been cutting back on expenses, selling off personal items like books, my vintage analog camera collection, and even my TV, tablet, and computer. However, I’m running out of things to sell. While I still have my motorcycle, the current winter season in Poland means there’s no interest in buying it, no calls whatsoever

Why Am I Asking for Help?

When things were better for me, I made it a point to give back. I donated 10% of my income to charity, supporting causes like Krakow’s homeless animal shelter, the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP), and participating in charity events like MotoMikołaje (motorcyclists delivering toys to children’s hospitals) and the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (raising funds for men’s health). I organized fundraisers and donation drives for orphanages. Ages ago, when I used to live in UK i was supporting Cancer Research UK.

Now, I’m on the other side, humbly asking for your support. Whether it’s through a donation, sharing this post, or even helping me find remote work opportunities, anything you can do would mean the world to me.

How You Can Help:

If you’d like to support me, here are the ways you can contribute:

  • PayPal: https://paypal.me/KamilKamola?country.x=PL&locale.x=en_US
  • Bitcoin: bc1qkmn3qfdxd8hwy6jn8j4x6tmrkss4fw7g0z0smw
  • Revolut: @kamilosfd
  • Monzo: http://monzo.me/kamilkamola

If you know of remote work opportunities in the UK or US that I can do from Poland, I would be thrilled to apply and send my CV. Supporting my mother financially is a top priority for me, and finding better work could help me do that. Please feel free to contact me at k.kamola1@gmail.com if you have any leads.

Every contribution, no matter how small, helps me take one step closer to resolving this situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and generosity.

Help Me Grow My Car Buying and Selling Business

Hello,

My name is Vaiarii, and I’m a young entrepreneur from France with a passion for the car buying and selling industry. Over the past few years, I have dedicated myself to building a small business that offers quality vehicles at competitive prices.

As a young professional, I’m proud of the progress I’ve made, but I now have the opportunity to expand my business further. Unfortunately, I’m facing a financial challenge. To take my operations to the next level and meet the growing demand of my customers, I need €50,000.

With this investment, I will be able to:

•Purchase higher-quality vehicles at better prices.

•Improve my storage facilities and enhance the presentation of my cars.

•Develop more effective marketing strategies to reach a wider audience.

As a young entrepreneur, I’m deeply committed to my vision, and your support would make a huge difference. Every donation, no matter how small, will bring me closer to my goal. Your generosity will not only help me grow my business but also inspire me to continue working hard and supporting my local community.

Thank you for believing in me and my dream. Together, we can make it happen!

I’M REACHING OUT TO YOU TO HELP ME. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I’VE ASKED FOR HELP.

Request for HELP

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Serge
First of  all  thank you in advance for your  support.
I am writing to you, living in Lisbon – Portugal, to request financial assistance due to my current difficulties.

Since February 2024, I’ve been having tests to find out what’s wrong with me. In May 2024, I noticed that both my feet were swollen, I don’t know why. I went to the hospital to see a general practitioner in medicine, who put me through a long series of medical examinations, which I agreed to take because I was really ill. After 4 months of medical examination after medical examination (which I paid for myself) accompanied by medication (which I again paid for myself), the digestive and visceral surgeon prescribed a scanner/radio. The result was clear:

I HAVE TO UNDERGO:

– A SPLENECTOMY (€26,000)

– A TOTAL GASTRECTOMY (€40,000)

– FOR A CHOLECYSTECTOMY (€10,000)

– A THYROIDECTOMY (€14,000)

By the way, I should remind you that I used to live in Ukraine and had to leave the country (Ukraine) on February 26, 2022, because of the war, to come and live in Lisbon (Portugal).
In Ukraine, I lived in the city of Sievierodonetsk where I owned a large apartment with 4 bedrooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and a balcony.
My children, my wife and I enjoyed a quiet and peaceful life.
My activities there allowed me to look after my family perfectly.

the war began on february 24th 2022 and we left ukraine on march 26th 2022.
the battle between the ukrainian army and the russian defense forces, in Sievierodonetsk, was marked by violent fighting and has been described as one of the war’s bloodiest.Around 90% of the city’s buildings were destroyed or damaged.
My apartment was destroyed. I lost everything.
The Russian army invaded Sievierodonetsk (the town where I lived with my family).

I ALSO BEG YOU TO BUY ME AN APARTMENT HERE IN LISBON SO THAT MY CHILDREN CAN FINALLY FIND THE SMILE, JOY (SMILE , JOY THEY HAVE LOST SINCE 2022). I’M NO LONGER IN A POSITION TO LOOK AFTER MY HEALTH FIRSTLY, AND FOREMOST, NOR TO PROVIDE FOR THE FINANCIAL NEEDS OF MY 4 CHILDREN (AGED 10 YEARS OLD – 8 YEARS OLD – 6 YEARS OLD AND 3 YEARS OLD ) AND MY WIFE.

I’M REACHING OUT TO YOU TO HELP ME. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I’VE ASKED FOR HELP.

THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE FOR THE ATTENTION YOU WILL GIVE TO MY REQUEST, PLEASE ACCEPT, MADAM/SIR, THE EXPRESSION OF MY DISTINGUISHED GREETINGS.

730 dollars to pay off my debt

Hello. My name is Oliwia and I am a nineteen year old student living in Poznan, Poland. My parents don’t have much money to support me and my education process so month to month I barely scrape-by. To make this work and pursue my dream degree I took up a few loans before moving to live on my own. I had been paying them well, until very recently when I had been fired from my part-time job. For two months I’ve been struggling to find a new one and so I’ve been behind my monthly debt payments. It piled up to a nice sum of 730 dollars (3000 zł) already and I don’t have the money to pay for it. It would mean a lot to me if you could help me pay it off if only a little bit, until I got back on track and found a new job.

Please help us avoid bailiff enforcement

In 2020, after returning from maternity leave, I was given notice at work. The company was laying off employees for economic reasons. For the next 16 months, I was looking for a job without success, until I found out I was pregnant. I stopped looking for a job because I wanted to be honest with my future potential employer. If I had told them I was pregnant right away, no one would have hired me anyway. However, if I had hidden the fact that I was pregnant and it came out during work, I would have felt like a fraud and it is very possible that I would have lost my job again after maternity leave. That is why I decided to stop looking for a full-time job for a while.

Less than a year after the birth of my second child, in the first half of 2023, I started looking for a job again, unfortunately with a similar result. Rising inflation, the effects of the Covid pandemic and the war in Ukraine affected the level of fees, interest rates and prices in Poland, so we no longer had enough money to pay all bills and obligations. We stopped paying rent on our apartment, so we have a debt that is currently being dealt with by the bailiff.

I am a pattern designer by profession, a photographer by passion, I also design and make wire jewelry. I recently tried my hand at making wooden lamps and I definitely intend to go in this direction. My partner is also a photographer, he draws well and loves to create.

In May this year I started a sole proprietorship and recently launched an online store, where you can currently buy our selected photos and offers of photography workshops. I also connected it to Etsy and Pinterest to expand my customer base. However, I know that it will take a lot of time and commitment to make it profitable and for us to get back on our feet.

I am currently taking care of my younger son until he goes to kindergarten in September 2025, so my time for marketing is limited (it is almost 2 am when I write this). My partner works part-time at the local photography association, and the rest of his time is devoted – you could say – to the charity of this association. Sometimes he gets photography assignments, but unfortunately it is not a steady, stable income.

That is why I decided to ask here for help in paying off this debt so that we can continue living in our apartment and focus on developing our business based on our passions and what we love to do, creating objects that please the eye and add charm to the interior.

I would be very grateful if you decide to support me in this situation.

My request: $10780

We Need Your Support to Start Over

Hello,

My name is Myra, I am 33 years old, and I am the mother of a 6-year-old girl, my sunshine. I’m from Paris, and today, I’m writing to you with a lot of emotion and hope, in the hope of finding some comfort and support to help us break free from our precarious situation.

My story is that of a woman who had to escape a violent and toxic relationship to protect her daughter. My ex-husband, addicted to drugs and extremely violent, left deep scars, not only on me but also on my daughter. I made the decision to leave, to erase this heavy past, to leave everything behind in order to offer my daughter a better, safer life. But leaving this marriage also meant starting from scratch, with nothing, without family support.

The beginning was incredibly difficult, but I did everything I could to provide us with a roof, a stable life, and most importantly, security. I had to take out loans to furnish our home, buy appliances, and get a car, because without it, we couldn’t get around. These loans were the price of our freedom, but today they have become an overwhelming burden that prevents me from moving forward.

With a salary of 2,500 euros a month and a few benefits, my fixed expenses are enormous: 1,090 euros for the loans, 815 euros for rent, and many other daily expenses (transportation, daycare, insurance). Every month, I have barely 100 euros left to cover unexpected costs, and I often find myself unable to pay for urgent expenses. It’s a daily struggle, a fight to survive.

I also suffer from several chronic illnesses, including Addison’s disease, endometriosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome, which weaken me physically and make certain tasks even more difficult. Yet, I refuse to give up. I work full-time and am studying to become a biological engineer because I want to give my daughter a more peaceful future. But these debts and constant pressure hold me back, and I struggle to find the strength to move forward.

That is why I am reaching out to you today. I need support to repay these crushing debts. If you can help, even a little, you will be offering me more than just financial assistance. You will allow me to regain some peace of mind, focus on my studies, and create a more stable future for my daughter. You will give me the chance to catch my breath and hope again.

If you cannot make a donation, simply sharing my story would already be an immense support. Every gesture, every contribution, whether big or small, matters greatly to us.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read my story, and thank you for your generosity. You will give us a chance to start over and finally have a brighter future.

With all my gratitude,
Myra

HELP FOR CHILDREN IN DIFFICULTY

Hello,

I’ve come to you, full of hope, in order to carry out a project that’s close to my heart. For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to help others.

Let me tell you a little of my story: I was born on Reunion Island, in the Indian Ocean, into a very modest, even poor, family.

Thanks to my parents’ determination to see me through life, I was able to study in France.

I came to France with my boyfriend at the time, who was studying medicine, and we got married in France. My love for children was so great that I had seven children, I felt that every child coming into the home had to be there, I felt invested with a certain mission; my 6ᵉ and 7ᵉ children were twins, I was excited to live this new adventure, but the universe had something else planned for me: after an unusual pregnancy, I gave premature birth to a boy and a girl : The boy was doing well, but as for my daughter, I knew as soon as she was born that something wasn’t quite right: after genetic tests, the news came through, heavy with meaning and frightening at the time: my daughter was suffering from a rare genetic disease: Prader Willi syndrome. It was a journey full of unknowns and doubts, but also of joys, sorrows, fears, pain, learning and discoveries about myself and others.

My disabled daughter opened up a world I didn’t know, not always an easy one, but she enabled me to develop a heightened self-awareness and to open up to true love for others and myself.
The years went by, with ups and downs, one of them being my life-shattering divorce, but it was a vital decision for me.

Today, I’m remarried to a Togolese man, and I go through life with a different vision, with more gratitude for everything I’ve learned in my life, thanks to my ordeals: I tell myself that I was very lucky, that my children were very lucky to live in a country where they could eat their fill and have everything they needed, that my disabled daughter was lucky to be in a country where she could be cared for properly, and live well with her illness, despite the difficulties.

Unfortunately, this is not the case for all children. My first contact with Africa was in 2017, in Côte d’Ivoire, and I was struck by the misery and distress of the children there. It was the start of a human, humanitarian adventure for me, I just couldn’t stand watching and doing nothing.

I met my husband in Togo in 2019, as he was president of a humanitarian association, during a humanitarian mission I made to Togo in 2019.

We talked a lot about the living conditions of children who were starving, deprived of the essentials, and orphans living in the streets, deprived even of the security, love and comfort that every child should enjoy. I therefore decided to create an association in October 2020: LES AMIS DU MONDE FRANCO TOGOLAIS, in favor of orphaned and destitute children, and together with my husband we launched the “light and life” project, to guarantee a life full of light to children who have very little. We have found sponsors to make a monthly donation of €20 to a child, it’s not much, but it changes their lives: to date, we are still a small association, including 9 sponsors and 24 sponsored children (some sponsors look after several children), we have no shortage of projects to help them and improve their lives, but we need funds, to do more. So many children have vital unmet needs! So many mothers are raising their children alone after the death of their fathers or after abandonment: I can still see in their eyes the hope they place in us to bring them a little comfort!

That’s why I’m turning to you, because we can’t do it alone, there’s so much to do, we have the will, but we need the means. I’m so happy to have discovered this site with such generous people, and I thank you for it.

We’ve collected toys, clothes and shoes for children and adults, and my husband and I are planning to send them to Togo in large boxes by boat, and our plan is to go there to distribute them in the villages to children and women… and we also want to list the needs in these villages, in the schools, the health care needs for the children, so that we can set up other projects to improve the lives of the children and the population in general: single mothers struggling to look after their children, children who sometimes die for lack of health care – because in Togo, as in most poor African countries, there’s no health care without money, young girls who sometimes end up badly because there’s no proper education or access to training to make them self-sufficient; so we need to go to Togo to carry out these projects, and make sure they succeed.

To do this, we need time and money. My husband and I are currently on interim assignments, so we don’t have a stable financial situation, but we want to give ourselves time to carry out this great project for Togo, and give of our time to humanitarian work.

We need between one and two months to go to the villages, talk to the village chiefs and teachers, see the needs of the population, distribute what we’ve sent by boat: we’ll need to have a financial resource during this time when we’re not working to meet our own needs, our rent in France, and the various expenses involved in carrying out the project: buying plane tickets, renting a vehicle, local accommodation, food, and other expenses inherent in this project.

So if this project has touched your heart, which I truly hope it will, we turn to you and ask you to show your generosity, and support us so that we can make it all happen.

My husband and I would like to thank you in advance for your help.

We are going to make a photo report and videos that we can send to you so that you can see the realization of the projects.

THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS

Two Baby Boomers in Trouble

Two Baby Boomers in Trouble

Hi, my name is Brad. I am 61, and I find myself in a very difficult situation. I am from Australia but moved to Germany in 2014, where I have lived for the past 10 years. I came here for love, and I have been happily married for 10 years.

My wife, Rosi, is very loving and caring. She works hard as a nurse and, since the age of 16, has been working full-time in her profession, which is very demanding. She has worked a three-shift roster for approximately 45 years. Her health is no longer what it used to be, and early retirement is the only answer, but we don’t have enough money to make that possible.

You may be wondering about me (Brad). This is where it gets complicated. I have a heart condition, arthritis in my neck and back, and several years ago, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. As a result, I had to stop working in December 2020 due to my health. Last year, I was also diagnosed with cancer, which caused my wife to take special time off work to care for me. She has worked 75% of her normal hours to spend more time helping me recover. Thankfully, I have been cancer-free for a year now.

The financial agreement between Germany and Australia states that an individual must live and work full-time for a minimum of 10 years and pay taxes to be eligible for government assistance or a pension. Unfortunately, I did not meet these requirements before I had to retire due to ill health. As a result, I have no means of supporting myself or my wife. All our financial worries fall on her, as I cannot help her financially.

I have learned the hard way that moving to Germany has placed me in a situation where I am essentially an anomaly. Since I don’t live in Australia, I can’t receive support from them, and I don’t qualify for assistance in Germany either. The only option I see is to start an online business. That way, I can stay home and make money to support my wife’s early retirement.

If you are familiar with the health system, you would know that nurses are under immense pressure. They need to stay awake, think clearly, and administer the correct medication because a mistake could cost someone their life. It is too much for someone at the age of 61, expected to work until 67 before retiring. The shift work alone means Rosi has to sleep at irregular times, work different shifts, and perform perfectly every day. This takes a toll on her.

So here I am, asking for your help:

  1. Money to start an online business: €5,000 lump sum.

  2. Money to supplement our retirement: €5,000 per month for approximately 40 years (both my wife’s parents lived to 90+), totaling €240,000 lump sum.

  3. Money to replace my income if I were still able to work: Average salary from 20.12.2020 to age 67, €4,500 per month for 60 months, totaling €270,000.

*Nb: items 1, 2, & 3 are not urgent however this #4 requires urgency.

  1. I have an opportunity that I recently came accross that costs approximately €2000 but like a lot of other things going on in the world of finance and crypto they are ernding very soon mid December. As something big is going on that the average person knows nothing about.I dont know about it too but this could be my opportunity. If you would like to help me with €2000. Please make it asap as this is time sensative.

The cheapest option is the first one, but it requires me to be successful online. In this day and age, that is possible. But my Parkinson’s interferes with my short-term memory, and I have deteriorating fine motor skills. I make silly mistakes in critical decision making and I find it difficult even when using a mouse or typing. My wife does not trust me to manage our finances, which is why the other two options are also available for your consideration. I am metaphorically my wife’s Achilles’ heel.

All she can see is a future she should be able to enjoy, but my illnesses mean she has to care for me during her retirement.

I would be happy to communicate with anyone who wishes to respond or is considering helping me financially, or who has experience in the online world to offer guidance on starting an online business.

Please consider my proposal favorably. If you choose not to help, I thank you for taking the time to read my story.

Yours sincerely,
Brad Cross

Please help us pay off our mortgage

Hello, I’m a father of two wonderful boys who deserve a joyful and carefree childhood. My wife and I are struggling to keep up with our monthly bills and mortgage. She had to leave her job after our second son was born, and finding new work has been challenging. Meanwhile, I’m working in a stressful, toxic environment, facing an ever-increasing workload and feeling pressured to accept whatever comes my way. Losing this job would mean risking our home.

We dream of starting a small business selling toys, but we can’t take that step until we’re free from the constant worry of losing our house. Our goal is to pay off the remaining $125,000 on our mortgage, so we can begin building our dream without the weight of financial stress. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thank you!

Help a mother, daughter and 7 animals

Dear Donors,

I’m writing to you today because of the positive impact you can have.
I’d like to tell you about a dear friend of mine who is going through a particularly difficult “time” (6 years).

She is in a very suffocating relationship (psychological violence) and needs financial support to buy a house (she has animals (4 dogs and 3 cats) and can’t find a place to rent) and regain her independence. Because of this situation, her daughter (13) is afraid of life and is followed by a psychologist.

I know that your generosity could really make a difference in her life.

Every little donation counts to save these two people and 7 animals.

It would mean the world to them and to me.
