I’m trying to get my parents out of their old moldy house with an impossible hoa. I am their caregiver but I also work full time and overtime. They are on social security so they have a limited fixed income. My mom and I have been saving here and there and paying down our cards to build our credit but things come up. Usually something in the house needs fixing or the hoa has some new project. We are not looking for anything crazy just something newer with no hoa. We are very close to our goal, only need a little boost to help with down payment and closing costs. Around $15k. Anything is appreciated. My parents mean the world to me and have always provided for me. I just want to give them this small comfort.
