Dear Sir/Madam,
Hope this letter of mine finds you
My name is Lou 43 y/o, single, originally from the Philippines but now residing at London United Kingdom for 6 years now as an indefinite leave to remain status.
I am working as a full time Physiotherapist Technical Instructor under Therapies department at the private sector.
My salary is just enough to survive my monthly needs. Everyone knows that the inflation that’s been happening now a days here in UK is really bad.
So everytime its payday my salary is just only like a “glimpse in the eye”.
You need to pay your monthly rent, bills, plus I need to send financial support for my parents who are both seniors in the Philippines.
My parents managed to visit here in the UK after pandemic to celebrate last Christmas and this New year.
I really made that happen especially that both of my parents are getting sickly & wishes to travel until they can still able to do so.
As a daughter, I am just fulfilling my duties and wanted to make my parents happy.
Its not my parents to blame, but that’s where all my financial struggle started.
I am now in debt for £4,000.00.
£2,000.00 was used for their round trip tickets. And the remaining £2,000.00 which is mean’t for my UK Citizenship application for this year 2024.
Sad to say that the money that was supposedly intended for my Citizenship application was all used during their stay here.
So I tried to borrow another loan again for £1,000.00 thinking that I should be okay.
It turned out that the money is still used, so all in all by the time that they went back home in the Philippines last Feb. I ended up having a total of £5,000.00 debt.
I am really really financially struggling for my upcoming Citizenship application here in the UK.
I don’t know how to be able to raise that amount back.
Im doing loads of overtime but still my extra pay and hard work was not enough to raise that money back.
I’m supporting my parent’s, then paying my huge amount of debt so at the end nothing is left by the time everything is deducted unto my account.
I can’t even afford to pay the £150.00 amount for my B1 english exam as one of the requirements for my UK citizenship.
Now my mom is also turning 70 years old this July and wishes to be able to celebrate her birthday.
But how would I be able to do that if I am already in full debt.
Plus I wish to go home this year to celebrate Christmas & New year after 6 years that I haven’t been back home since pandemic, as one of the front liner worker.
Which will again cost alot. Hence I don’t think that I would still be granted with another loan if I already had 2 existing loans.
When I saw this on you tube, I immediately hope that I could be also one of the lucky person that could be granted a sponsorship to pay my debt of £5,000.00
I just wanted to be debt free, hoping to fulfill my mom’s 70th upcoming birthday this July, to be able to book my B1 english exam, then followed by my UK citizenship application. Then lastly to be able to go home this holiday season after 6 years.
I am so desperate and wishes that someone would be kind enough to sponsor me.
I know that there are much more people out there that will need the help, but Im also just trying my best luck if someone who is much blessed & fortunate who will save me from my financial status right now.
Who ever kind hearted people you are that will be able to help me, would not only help me to push through with my UK citizenship application, but also fulfilling my Mom’s wish & happiness which I’m the only one who can make that for her.
I will be truly grateful & will honour you for helping me out.
Thank you for taking time to read this, and praying that I could touch someones heart to fulfill my wishes…
I am one amongst the others desperately seeking & asking for someone’s help to fund me….
