My wife of 23 years died unexpectedly recently. I wasn’t ready for this and never imagined that she would go first. The cost of the cremation was more than I could handle. The social services dept advamced the cost and I am to pay them back before I can have her ashes. During our time together we had talked about things like this and agreed that if she died she would want to be cremated and her ashes be spread in Wisconsin at the same place her grandmother and mother now rest. I am a disabled veteran and on social security and don’t make much. I want to fulfill her request but just don’t have the financial means. I am asking for help. Paypal@Ri kySmith870
