hello I am asking for help to be able to get past some debt issues I’ve accrued and really need a chance to be able to breathe again. Last year I bought my first home I used money I had been saving since I started working and decided to make that step in my life. With all my savings put into the house I was able to still keep afloat with the job I have but hours have severely decreased over time and the state of the job market has made it extremely hard to get a second job. I have been doing instacart to try and make up for the loss but have barely made enough to cover a bill or two every month. Normally after bills and the mortgage and other necessary payments like Gas, Groceries, etc. I come out with about 30 dollars. On top of this i have accrued credit card debt trying to pay for the bills I couldn’t or if something was needed and it has racked up to about $1300 over time and I’m only able to pay off little chunks of the debt when I can. I also had to take an advance out with my job to be able to handle an issue with my car to be able to still make it to work and have been paying that off with $400 a month taken out of my paychecks. I have been barely staying above water as of the time of writing this went into the negative on my account by $500. I just want to feel like I’m not drowning and no matter what I’ve done to try and get ahead it doesn’t seem like enough.
