Hi! My name is Sydney, and my little sister is going to her dream college in one month!
She’s worked really hard, got a 4.2 GPA in high school, and earned herself multiple scholarships adding up to about $50,000 for her tuition, room and board. However, even after all of that, she still needs to pay a little over $9,000 for the remaining costs.
I feel really bad that I can’t afford to help her pay this. Our father recently filed for bankruptcy, so I am the only source of income for our family, and I only make about $17 an hour working full time, so I really don’t have any money to spare :(
