She has no family or friends as support other then Me to have a shoulder to lean on.

She has displayed remarkable resilience and positivity throughout this difficult journey, but the recent diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) has added an additional layer of complexity to her already dire circumstances.
Despite her best efforts, Madison has had to seek refuge in a homeless shelter, where the harsh realities of her situation have become painfully apparent. She has exhausted every available resource and, regrettably, none have provided the relief she so desperately needs.
