Hi I am a single mom with a child who needs assistance in keeping her home. I have been struggling to manage credit card payments after making my mortgage payment each month. My debt has increased to $40,000 in credit cards. The second income diminished from the father fallen into a bad turn of a change and got into substance abuse. As a result, through a court order, we have a 10-year restraining order against the father that is protecting both of us.
