My mother passed away 64yrs of age from cancer last year, really bad ending due to hospital negligence, needed around the clock care, lost my job, 6months later divorce from a 27yr marriage. Daughter graduated and started college. Couldn’t afford to keep the house, sold quickly to a wanna sell fast company that ended up getting screwed over, the little cash made went to paying down credit card debt racked up during this all. Living back home with elderly Dad and his 2 dogs, with 2 kids 19 & 16, 2 dogs and a cat, sharing a bedroom with my daughter. While trying to sell the house and needed money to pay bills, had to sell most everything and my car. So, needing cash for a cheap car to get a job and get back on my feet to get our own place.
