As a Single Mom of a disabled 29 year old, its become necessary to ask for help. I am a Homeowner fortunately, because my Mortgage payments are shockingly lower than I could rent an apartment for, but the expense to maintain a Home is extremely high. I am employed full time but trying to make ends meet leaves little to nothing left over. Our Roof is in serious need of being replaced. I was shocked to find out how expensive it is. It’s already started to leak and I’m afraid that it’s going to get worse, especially with the cold weather coming and then the Spring and all the rain. I’m asking for any assistance.
