I have been raising my daughter alone for the past few years. Her dad continues to promise to pay but hasn’t held a job more than a week since I left him. I haven’t talked to him in months as he is narcissistic and abusive and adds no value to her life. Since she’s been in school she hasn’t had the best time. She has trouble with outbursts and anger, trouble regulating and concentrating. It is been nearly impossible since covid to get her any help. She sees a psychologist 3 hours away from where we live that costs $220 a session, and the only place I can find to get her assessed is a private practice and it will cost over $3000. My benefits cover $500 a year for all of that. My grandpa has cut me off for no apparent reason when I only ever asked him for money to help with that. I am drowning in debt now and if it continues like this we will likely lose our house and everything else. I believe she has some form of bipolar and possibly childhood depression. I would like to get her the help she needs sooner rather than later, any help would be greatly appreciated.
