I HATE TO ASK, DISABLED MOTHER NEEDS HELP

I WANT TO FIRST SAY THANK YOU TO ANY AND ALL THAT WILL HELP!!!

I am a mother of 15yr old son. I was diagnosed with NMO, in 2016, and have not ben able to walk since 2015. I TRY MY HARDEST, to do network marketing from my bed. I am NEVER one to complain of my current circumstances, just that this month i was not able to make enough to cover my rent and utilities. It has been so challenging this month that i am now resorting to hoping an asking and reaching out to the kindness of strangers to help. I literally had to ask my best friend to purchase my disposable underwear ( i call them that, you might say adult diapers -lol) and i just dont have it this month.
