I am requesting your support due to an urgent financial matter. Earlier this year, we experienced difficulties in making our mortgage payments, resulting in a notice of foreclosure from the bank in April. In order to prevent the foreclosure of our home, we agreed to a consent order in early May. However, on June 4th, we were notified that we were in default of the consent order and given a 10-day deadline to resolve the issue, despite our understanding that the order took effect in May.
Upon further review, we discovered that the bank retroactively applied the consent order to April without our knowledge, leading to the current default situation. We have not received a response from the bank to our request for additional time to rectify the situation. In light of this, I am exploring all possible options to secure the necessary funds, including reaching out to potential donors like yourself.
