My name is Samantha, my sister, Karmen and I are in need to money to save us from Foreclosure!
We inherited our home from our parents when they died. Our dad was a retired sergeant major in the Army for 30 years! He also did 3 tours in Vietnam. Our home was everything to our parents and now to us.
Karmen & I have another sister, whom we inherited the house with. That sister moved her boyfriend into the house to live with all of us. Her boyfriend is violent and made living in the house unbearable for us!! We were to0 afraid to use our own bathroom & sleep in our beds with him in the house! Since my sister also owned the house with us- there was nothing we could do to get him out of house!! Our only option was to buy-out my sister and give her part of the money for the house. Being so desperate-we took out a hard money loan & used the house for collateral. Now we have monthly payments of $4,500 a month!
