- Made a mistake buying a home. The realtor said it just needed leveling and I believed her. She had me sign a waiver of a home inspection which I didn’t want to even sign. Had me convinced i couldn’t back out of the contract. Did not even have a final walk through. The place needs a lot of work which I can’t do alone. Now I have to pay rent and mortgage cause I can’t move my 4 kids into a very cold place. It needs weatherization and renovation. I’m shitoutta luck an don’t know what to do. Lord God please help me.
