Im not really sure how to start this. I’ve never done this before but I’m at the point that I need to. Life has been lifing. I work full time. I love my job and I make decent money but it’s still not enough. I’ve been at my job for two years. Before that I was laid off and had to use credit cards to pay for things. And I have not been able to get caught up from that. If I could I could afford to live but since I make sure I make my minimum payments on cards so my credit doesn’t get worse I don’t actually get anywhere on them. Plus I continously have to use credit cards to pay for normal things like food, things for my kids, kids sports, gas for my van. And gas is so crazy expensive anymore and only getting worse. Paying all of that plus regular monthly bills has gotten unbearable. I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out ways to earn more money. I will be applying for a new position in my company that till will pay more when one becomes available but im not sure when that will be. I just want to be able to provide my kids with things they need and want. I have a 16 yr old and 10 year old. We spent a lot of money to have kids. We had to go through IVF twice for my son which insurance didn’t cover at all. It was not cheap. And for our daughter we adopted. Also very expensive. But I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. They are the best gifts and truly my world. We have a nice but modest home in a family friendly neighborhood that I really want to keep. The struggles of trying to keep up with the price of everything being so expensive is so hard. I just feel like I have a huge weight on my shoulders and just need some help to relieve that. I keep hoping for interest rates to go down so maybe refinancing our home would help but they haven’t seemed to of budged. I just want to live comfortably without worrying how I’m going to pay a bill or how I’ll pay for my child’s sport. I just need a clean slate.
