After relocating from up north to the south to provide our family with a better living environment, my mother came down for a visit and fell in love with the rural area. Being from the country herself and living in the city for so long, her dream has always been to have a home in the country side. Due to the challenges she faced up north, we made a significant sacrifice and purchased a home for her near us. Unfortunately, we are now facing financial difficulties, struggling to manage the expenses of two mortgages—our own and the one for my mother’s home. We reached out to other family members for support with some of the costs, but unfortunately, we have not received the assistance we hoped we would get. We are now seeking help to ensure that we can continue to keep my mother in her home. This would allow us to continue fulfilling her dream of living in a rural area to enjoy the rest of her years in her home without added financial stress. Any support would be immensely appreciated.
