Hi, my name is Jesus R., and I want to thank you for taking a moment to read this. I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d have to ask for help like this—but today, I’m reaching out with an open heart and a humble request.
I’m a 38 year old father of four beautiful children, including a sweet baby girl who’s just five months old. I’m also the proud husband of an incredible woman who continues to support me through one of the hardest seasons of our lives. Family means everything to me they are my reason for waking up each morning with hope, even in the face of uncertainty.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked hard to provide for my loved ones. I started working at 16 and have never been one to shy away from responsibility. I’ve always believed that through dedication and hard work, I could carry any burden and weather any storm. But recently, that belief has been deeply tested. I was laid off something I never saw coming and despite all my efforts to find new work, I’m still searching for the opportunity to get back on my feet.
The impact has been devastating. I’ve fallen behind on bills and mortgage payments, and the thought of losing our home has kept me up more nights than I care to admit. This house is more than just a roof over our heads it’s the heart of our family. It’s where my children feel safe, where we’ve built memories, and where love lives in every corner. I can’t bear the thought of taking that security away from them.
I’m not asking for much just a little help to carry us through this rough patch. Anything you’re able to contribute will go directly toward keeping the lights on, the roof over our heads, and the hope alive in our home. I truly believe that with some support and continued effort, I’ll be back on track soon. I just need a bit of breathing room to get there.
This is not an easy message to write. I’ve always been someone who helps others when I can. But right now, I’m the one in need. And if you find it in your heart to lend a hand, my family and I will forever be grateful.
