Hello, I am a 37 year old single mother of 2. I was born with one kidney and at the age of 28, it failed and I was placed on dialysis for 3-4 days a week for nearly 5 hours. Due to treatments taking up 80% of my time, I am unable to work so I have to try and support my children and myself on a very minimal fixed income. I am asking for help with paying for my medicine and my medical bills. This would help take a huge stress off my children and myself and hopefully with your donations, I’ll have a little bit of extra money from my monthly income to get my children new clothes and shoes.
