I am in desperate need of some help . My wife is going through some health issues with her kidneys at the moment and I am the only one working. And my mother just beat stage 3 Gastric cancer so is also not working. I have maxed out my credit cards and we are literally living paycheck to paycheck and paying for medical bills.
