THIS is VERY personal for me…..and I am going against my better judgment. I am asking you for your donations to help me stop the foreclosure on my home. Due to me having a Brain Aneurysm I got behind on my m mortgage and bills.
A foreclosure sale has just been scheduled on my home for December 8th.Once it is sold, my mortgage co. said I’d be ‘forcibly removed’ from my property. I have been working with my mortgage company for months and they are ‘supposedly’ still trying to help me but now I’m in dire straights. I am running out of time. I just resent the application for assistance to my mortgage company (for the 3rd time), and they told me to call them Monday to see if I’ve been approved for the loan modification.One option to cancel this sale, is to pay the ‘reinstatement balance’ of $11,502.42.
