Hello. Thank you for reading this. I have never done anything like this before, but am running out of options.
Our two children fell on hard times at the end of the year and we helped them save their homes, keep their utilities on, etc. Now unfortunately we have fallen behind and owe three months mortgage. We need 5000.00 to get caught up before the end of the month.
We have been in our home for five years, have been slowly updating it with the plan to sell it in five years for a smaller, more affordable forever home. The mortgage payments have risen over the past five years due to tax and home owners insurance exponentially rising each year, despite never having a claim. We cannot take out a HELOC or refinance due to credit score being just below the threshold.
We are prepared to pay the money back if desired- monthly payments until we get caught up. We are running out of options and time.
