Like the title says, I’m going through desperate times! 12/06/2023
My home is in the final stages of a foreclosure sale. The appraiser comes tomorrow to make an appraisal. I owe a little over $58,000 on my mortgage. My son and I could end up homeless because our credit scores are too low to get approved for an apartment or mobile home. I’m also having trouble trying to get help from social services. If my son and I get kicked out of our home, it won’t be just the two of us without a place to live, but our pets will be homeless as well. I’m so sick and tired of life beating me down! All I want is a chance to get back on my feet and get a fresh start again! Another burden I’m carrying is all my other debt I owe including my car loan. I’ve been through so much bad stuff in my life since my wife died about seven years ago. It’s been hell trying to make it on my own. It seems like the whole world is against me, and the world is winning! I’m asking for either $100,000 or
$150,000. If I get either of those sums, I’m going to try and buy my house and pay off all back debts and hopefully make some repairs. If I can’t buy the house, I would hope to get a two bedroom, pet friendly apartment. All I’m asking for is a chance to get back on my feet, erase my debts and maybe even start my own business.
