My mom passed away a year ago. My wife, children and my self took care of her for 16 years. We assumed the mortgage payments and my health declined. I have congestive heart failure with a defibrillator , diabetes, and crohns disease. We are now considerably behind in the mortgage and we need 8000.00 to bring us current, the payment has doubled but we only owe 60,000 and I really don’t want to lose the home I grew up in.
