I am writing today because I have been having ongoing issues with the landlord has been ruthless in due to late rental payments. My ex-husband left the week after the birth of our daughter. Its been a challenge to make ends meet. I’m seeking help now because the landlord has been trying to evict us from the unit due to 3 months back rent. He has had multiple personalities some days he says we can work on paying the rent and then days like now where he is threatening to call the sheriff if we don’t leave by March 25th. I am in desperate need to put the money together for another location because I need to bring me and my child into safety. I don’t know what this landlord is capable of mentally speaking.
