Hello, my name is Kerri, and I find myself reaching out to you in a time of desperate need. I am a recent heart attack survivor but have been recently diagnosed with Acute Congestive Heart Failure. I have two children, a girl, 18 and a boy, 14. My rent is $1600 per month, and I was off work for 7 months due to health issues, total amount arrears is $12,976 that’s including late fees.
Imagine waking up to find that everything you once called home is going to be taken away – no food, nowhere to lay our head, and the haunting reality that our life has been turned upside down due to my health issues. Then leaving us in a state of profound despair.
As if that wasn’t challenging enough, I am due to have an outpatient procedure soon on my back in January. It will only take me out of work one day but the next two days are light duty. This is adding to the urgency of our situation. It’s a race against time to salvage what we can and rebuild our lives from the ground up.
This is where your compassion and generosity come into play. I am humbly asking for your support in the form of donations to help us save our home and piece together the fragments of our shattered lives. No amount is too big or too small – every contribution matters and will make a significant impact.
Your donation will not only help us rebuild but will also extend a lifeline to us. The ripple effect of your kindness will touch more lives than you can imagine, providing not just shelter but also the necessities like food, and a decent place to sleep.
I understand that everyone faces their own financial challenges, and it is not easy to part with your hard-earned money. However, I believe in the inherent goodness of people, and I am reaching out with the hope that you can find it in your heart to contribute whatever you can.
Thank you in advance
Kerri
