Hello my name is Berry Anderson Jr. I’ll turn 48 the 11th of January, a couple days from now. I’ve been paralyzed from a gun shot wound to the spine in which I’ve been paralyzed from the waist down for 20 years now. I’ve lived in Houston TX all my life and I’ve never been anywhere really. I love Houston, but just because I’m in a wheelchair n are somewhat restricted from traveling. I have 2 stage 4 decubises ulcers. Bed sores that r showing pelvic bone n I also have osteomyelitis which is bone infection n if not treated it’s fatal. I need to being the hospital right now for long term antibiotics. If I don’t go get admitted soon, if the infection reaches the bone marrow it’s almost irreversible. Well I have a 107lbs pit bull ,dalmatian mix n he has my back 110%. I had my own apt. for the very first time for 4 years now. Always been in some type of institution for all those past years. Hospitals,nursing homes,group homes, renting rooms n basically just getting by. By getting shot at 26, I didn’t realize that I really never had goals hope n dreams. I just realized that about a year ago. Being in this violent apartment complex I’ve been wanting to move the last 2 years but haven’t had any luck finding something I can afford on $960.00 a month. Well being stuck here for the last couple years n seeing so much violence n corruption here I’ve been wanting to move somewhere else. I’ve seen a really great friend get shot right in front of me n fall n die. I couldn’t help him, I’ve beat the odds here never getting into any trouble or altercations even in the wheelchair n the thugs prey on people like me. Thank God I have my dog Savior. Well I have a personal injury case against this apt. complex. I have been evicted the 28th of last month Dec. 2023. I’m still in the apt. but not for long n need somewhere to live but cant afford it. Well being stuck in this place my new found dream is awaiting me. I plan on buying a Winnebago Inspire 34ae. I pan on starting a YouTube channel documenting trips to state parks coast. I will documenting everything that someone in a wheelchair can go n do. There’s only a few channels like this.
