My Name is Leon Hardison, and I am a military veteran in need of some financial assistance with my HOA payments. I have fallen behind with my payments and I set up a payment arrangement with the Law Office of Gregory Alexandrides 821 West St Annapolis Md 21401 the arrangement was for $1,336.00 per month with a starting payment of $5, ooo which was paid on 10/01/2025 for 11 months for a grand total of $18,360.00 I am down to my last three payments 8/01/2026 will be my last and final payment, my category is under the category of Eviction Notice due to the fact that there has been a lien placed on my property (MD) and if all payments aren’t made the property can be sold leaving me homeless.
