Eviction Notice

Hi there,
First and foremost, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this message.
I and my family are from Ontario, Canada.
My family is in a very difficult situation right now as our landlord is about to sell the house that we call home. Of course I understand that it is an investment decision on his behalf but it does not leave us in a very good position and the stress and anxiety is overwhelming as you can well imagine. We have always been excellent tenants and have always paid our rent in full and on time. Our problem is the fact that we both have below average credit scores because of past credit issues that we are working to fix. But we cannot secure a mortgage in this short time frame to buy our house.
Now we are not looking for a free handout but rather searching for someone in the position to help us purchase the home … we would expect nothing less than a proper proposal for the loan and legally binding where we could stay in our home and make our monthly rent (mortgage payment) to you. The total amount we are seeking is $140k

We realize that this is alot to ask for but it would definitely help us to not lose our home and continue living our lives without worrying where we are going to end up next month. We just want to be secure. Believe it or not, our son and his girlfriend just had their first child this morning (first grandchild) and my wife is so excited except for the fact that we may be handed an eviction notice any day now and this definitely makes her unhappy and our continous cause for concern.
Anyways, I hope this wasn’t too long and you may consider helping us out but we also realize that we are complete strangers to you and would definitely understand if it is not possible.
Thank you so very much for your time and we would definitely welcome any questions or concerns that you may have. Like I said, we are not asking for free money but rather help with our home which we would pay back with interest of course. We could definitely supply character references as well. I feel somewhat embarrassed for even asking for help but we do take comfort in knowing that there are still good people that have the means to help one another. I only hope that one day I am able to help the same way.

Sincerely, many thanks from my family with any help that we may receive.
