You investment will ripple like waves and I promise to serve community. Thank you!

Hello,

First, thank you so much for reviewing my application!

I am currently experiencing a great financial setback and am seeking help so that I can make it through and get back on my feet!  To share a little about who I am and where your investment would go … I am a hard working individual, have run my own business for 15 years and genuinely love giving back to the community and lifting others up.   I have known how to “boot strap it” and find success.   I started my business with $80 to my name at 27 years old and with a lot of hard work it became successful.

I live alone and have been quite independent since I was 17 years old and have been working since I was 13 years old.  Recently I experienced a few unexpected setbacks; one included sharing a refund with a client that was experiencing health issues who sincerely needed to discontinue their prepaid year of services.  It seemed like the right thing to do, however, this was thousands of dollars and months of income that was no longer there and this hit very hard.

As of late I have been balancing running my business full time while also applying for additional work for over 8 weeks now – without any luck.  For some reason I have hit a rough patch. This has included exposure to toxic mold that will be remedied by the end of the month.

In hopes to resolve my financial issues, I tried to apply for a bank loan so I mey receive funding at a lower interest rate . My  lender suggested I apply for several business credit cards instead.  They mentioned that the loan was a smaller amount they were used to, that the business credit card applications would not affect my personal credit score and that it would allow me to use what was needed as needed vs a lump sum.  I took this advice and received a few cards, however, it did affect my credit score quite terribly.  When I went back to kindly explain this to the banker (to help prevent that advice from spreading) they were shocked, but, still not ready for a micro-loan.  At that point my score had dropped so low that I could not get a loan from another local bank — who informed me that if I had applied in the first place (instead of going the credit card route) that I would have been funded.  I made a bad mistake and now I am paying for it quite literally!

What I need is a loan to at least pay off the high interest cards (20,000) as the payments are crippling.  My credit score is now lower than ideal for a business loan.  At this time the shut down has turned my income off like a faucet.   I know that I am not alone in this and I pray that things get better for everyone!

I do not mind hard work and I love a good business plan.  I know that I can make this work, I know I will continue to give back to the community and also do work that lifts others up so they can do the same.  I am not the best at asking for help, which may be why I am here, but, at this time I have not choice but to ask!  If you are looking to help a stranger and want to know our investment will ripple out like waves, I promise you will be rest easy knowing you made a good choice!

At this point I have no foreseeable income coming in.  In a perfect world I would have 25,000-30,000 to pay *everything off* and also invest in marketing and advertising that is up to date and relevant in the face of AI.   AI has changed the landscape of businesses and what worked even 2 years ago no longer applies.

Basically, I have a plan and I even know who to hire.  I just need some time, a buffer and a leg up.  I am grateful for my life, my community and my work.  I’m ready to make things better again and at this point I am not sure where else to turn.  I also promise that if I receive this money here that I will give three months of support to three individuals in need.  Thank you so much for your consideration and bless you for doing what you do!

Sincerely,

Nishaan Sandhu
