Good day and thank you for stopping to read my story. I am the wife of a disabled veteran with four children on the brink of despair and at the end of my rope. I never knew a place like this existed but I am thankful that it is here and hopeful to receive help. I have an electricity bill that I have been unable to pay since before covid. Emergency assistance paid for a portion of it but by the time they sent the money it was back to an exorbitant amount. It is has only been over the last 2 years that this has happened and I have been living here for seven of those years. I am confident with a reset of this bill to a zero balance it is manageable. I have until November 30th 2023 to make the payment as I am on my second request for an extension. I am trying include a copy of the bill evidencing the current amounts due of $13,783.82 But it is saying it is potentially unsafe to include photos.
It is me usually raising donations for other causes such as St Jude and never thought I would be on the receiving end, but I humbly am here and grateful for any help to eliminate this debt.
