Since our arrival, we have tirelessly strived to achieve our goals, moving forward step by step with determination.
We are hardworking individuals; my wife, my daughter, and I have been employed since our arrival in the country. Although the pandemic has tested our resilience, we have preferred to work rather than depend on state assistance. Personally, I have constantly sought to manage the financial responsibilities of the household, obtaining my health and life insurance license three years ago. While each challenge in this job has strengthened my resilience and experience, the current reality overwhelms us.
Until now, we have fulfilled all our monthly commitments promptly. However, this month, we face a small financial setback of approximately $15,000, an urgency that plunges us into deep distress. Despite working tirelessly on platforms like Uber, Lyft, and Roadie, the loss of clients in health insurance has severely impacted my monthly income.
