Hello my name is Lakisha Tracy and I am seeking some financial assistance to help me with my rent and some basic needs for me and my 15 yr old daughter. Back in September 2023 I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease from my L2 – S1. I am trying to avoid back surgery at the time. I have days where I am not able to walk and the pain becomes unbearable. It has began to affect me mentally and physically to the point that my job has placed me on a absence of leave dated 11/03/23 and I have since that date received 2 paychecks the latest was for $0.31 cents. I have exhausted all of my savings to pay the bills that I could . I have only $13.67 to my name and a new month is coming. I’ve asked family and friends to help but it’s a struggle for everyone.
