Any help would be much appreciated. In need of 4,000 for rent and car payment just to pay what I am behind on paying.
I was working and I started having a health issue. I missed quite a bit of work. I ended up having surgery. The surgery recovery time is 12 weeks. Unfortunately I was not prepared to be off work for 12 weeks financially. I am 7 weeks into my recovery. I am two months behind on my rent and car payment already. I have short term disability, but because I had only worked one month at the job when I started having the health issue they only pay me 200.00 a week. That is not enough for me to barely eat and pay a few bills. My landlord has been very kind and patient, but I’m not sure how long that will last. I don’t want to risk being evicted. I have bills piling up for rent, car, medical. This is a first for me to ask for any kind of assistance. Please help if you can. Thank you and God bless!
