So my father passed away in June 2023 leaving a home for me and my children. One of my daughters is autistic. After laying my father to rest getting my children in the better school system moving comfortably into the home. There was no will left so I had to begin the Probate process to transfer everything into my name but my father had two sons and one estranged son that didn’t speak to our father in 20 years and I thought he would just sign his share over to me but of course that wasn’t the case. My dad left me as the beneficiary to everything but didn’t do the needed paperwork for home because he had cancer. Now my siblings don’t want the home they want the money. I don’t want to move because my children are happy and doing well in school. My daughter with autism will take moving school and homes hard. I don’t have the funds to buy them out. My credit isn’t good enough to do the refinance yet but they want the money fast. I have been living and paying mortgage for almost a year now. I did the appraisal on the home and so their buy out will be 70, 000 I can just assume the loan if I can pay them out
I’m so full of tears and heartache and I have no one to ask for help
