My name is Oksana and I am very much in need of your financial support. Like many women, I did not marry well and I ended-up marrying a tyrant. I though I he was a good family oriented Christian man and as a Christian woman this is what attracted me to him. However, as time went on, I came to realize that he was not what I expected. I gave him everything of myself, including 5 children. In return I received insults and ridicule about my appearance and how I don’t earn money for the family. I have very few friends since nobody can stand to be around my egotistical husband. No employer can tolerate him either and as a result he has never held-down a full-time job. Instead, he has spent the last 28 years swindling people out of their money in any way he could. Despite, the daily psychological and physical abuse, I remained loyal to him for the sake of our children and in the knowledge that the God frowns on divorce. Just a few months ago in an ironic twist of fate, I discovered that he is actively looking for a younger woman. I was shocked to say the least and feel completely hopeless in this situation. Clearly my only choice now is to divorce him. My children have all moved out and have their own personal financial struggles. I fear that I will be living on the street very soon. I found the job as a cashier at the store, but they give me only couple of days per week. I need to move out but don’t have money to do it.
