For 8 or 9 years I helped homeless or low-income people have a Thanksgiving dinner and also bringing toys and food to the neediest people here in the East Bay area and Lima, Peru.
On this occasion it happened that I had a hit & run in my cargo van on 11/09 and on 11/13 another hit & run in my private car. To date they have not been delivered to me and I cannot work with a rented car. This season is the peak season for parcel delivery.
They tell me that it will be at least two to three more weeks for delivery.
I will use part of the donations to pay for my vehicle insurance, rent and to buy food for people in need.
