Greetings,
I release this request to you in hopes of receiving your assistance in granting me and my family a jumpstart at life. I am a pastor and business owner that has truly understood the true meaning of hardship and perseverance. My husband and I have had dreams and goals of being in ministry to help others especially in our community. God has blessed us with very strong leaders that stands with us even today. My husband was a contractor and so starting the church for the people to be drawn to was very important for us. We knew what it was to struggle and not always have people there to encourage you or lend a helping hand, we needed to make a difference. The church is partially completed, roof is on and windows in. The temporary building we are in now is deteriorating by the minute. So, we are anticipating a quick crossover.
Unfortunately, my husband took sick about two years ago and every dollar saved or gained was pumped into seeking medical attention. Despite his fight, his lungs and heart however gave way and he passed away last year leaving me and five kids at a very rough time.
Presently we are living in a rental home with hopes to purchase. The landlord has recently given us a great option for purchase. Just need the funds to go ahead with everything.
I have determined in my heart that I want to carry out my husband’s dreams and so I continue to pursue and remain hopeful that help will come for us to accomplish. Hence, my reaching out today. We would like to complete our church building and provide quality ministry to the people here on this island. I would like to purchase much needed equipment and supplies for my printing and gift store business so that I can have a continuous flow of income, employ others and to help my kids keeping them focused in life. I have three kids under the age of 18 and one of them is graduating in a few months.
