Hello and thank you for visting my page. I know things are tough but it seems this is my only recourse. Recently I have fallen on hard luck and Im currently homeless. But that isnt the problem. I got into a incident with another homeless guy, and even though I was the one threatened and I called the police I was the one arrested because I used Mace on the guy. Please I am trying to rebuild my life and I would not like this blemish to reduce my chances of that. This incident happened in California apparently the laws out here are strict on all self defense methods not just guns. I have most of the money for the down payment, 2500. I just need 700 more for an attorney. Yes I have a public defender but she only has 2 years experience and no good prognosis. The guy, I would like to go with has 25 years and says he can do more for me. They are trying to charge me with a felony for first time misuse (or any other felony) of pepper spray.
