First Responder Help

To everyone taking the time to read my story,

I never imagined I would be in a position where I needed to ask strangers for help. After dedicating my career as a first responder, my focus was always on helping others through some of the hardest moments of their lives. I took pride in serving my community and never expected that one day I would be the one reaching out for support.

Retirement has been much more difficult than I anticipated. Rising living expenses, unexpected bills, and financial setbacks have left me struggling to keep up with basic necessities. Like many retired first responders, I live on a fixed income that simply doesn’t stretch as far as it once did.

Asking for help is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I’ve always believed in working hard and standing on my own, but sometimes life has a way of humbling us. Right now, I’m doing everything I can to stay afloat while preserving my independence and dignity.

Any contribution, no matter the amount, would help ease the financial burden and allow me to focus on getting through this difficult chapter. If you’re unable to donate, simply sharing my campaign would mean just as much.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for considering helping a retired first responder who spent a career helping others. Your kindness, generosity, and compassion mean more than words can express, and I will always be grateful for any support you can provide.

Thank you, and may you and your loved ones stay safe.
