Financial Help

Blessing to you all and I am so thankful to find a site like Begging Money, who have created a platform to give individuals an opportunity to be heard and assisted. I would like to start by saying thank you to those who have taken the time to read my post or feel in there heart they would like to help.

This is a humbling experience for me as I have always been the helper and giver. However, with life taking me and my husband on a journey I would have never thought it would have left us in a place where I had to put my pride aside and ask for help. I am a stay at home mom of 3 boys 13, 11, and 5. My husband is the provider who traveled for work and at times would have to be gone for months. This is why we agreed that I would just attend to the kids at home. On June 2, 2023 he was let go with no warning as they told him they were going in a different direction. This was a extremely hurtful as we already was just making it but as long as we had our necessities we were ok because we truly believed things would get better. Then the domino effect began. We began to use our credit cards to manage bills, gas, household items, food, and clothing as well as sport fees for our children. As we tried to keep up and find small jobs here and there to manage it became out of control. All credit cards went delinquent, medical bills start pouring in, business license expired, auto insurance got canceled, boys had to stop playing sports. It hurts more when it start to effect my children as we tried to keep them out of it an allow them to continue their normal routine. I didn’t have the best upbringing and that was the last thing I would have ever wanted them to experience. We still tried our best to stay positive as we felt it was a life transition that would leave us in a much better place once it has passed. However, its 4 months later and now we’re  receiving 3 day notices for rent which is the worse feeling ever and have had our utilities shut off. There back on for now as I am paying small fees just to avoid the cutoff but the total bill is getting out of control. Seeking assistance in my area seemed hopeful until you finally reach hold of someone to only say they don’t service your area or no longer have funding.  I am at a lost, my husband finally got through to unemployment but leaving in California and getting $250 a week isn’t enough and not to mention they haven’t even sent him a check yet. Our rent it self is $3150. I am not asking for much just to help us get caught up which I know is a lot. At this point anything helps. Not to mention we tried taking out loans and because we have no real assets the answer has been “NO”! If possible my goal is $20,000. This would help us pay a few months of rent and all of our essential bills plus will give us a little more time to get on our feet. After this experience I will not allow my husband to be the only one to carry all the financial weight. I am so tired and my stress is higher then ever. All of my hope is beginning to fade away. My only fight left is for my boys. So again thank you for taking the time to read my story and for lending a helping hand. I am forever grateful for a site as such to give people an opportunity to be heard and receive help.

May those who find it in their heart to help my family out of this situations I pray that what ever you decide to give will return back to you multiply 10-fold.
