I have rented my home in SanDiego, Ca. for the past ten years. Four years ago Unfortunatly I was involved in a on the job accident due to tool malfunction that burned off the first two layers of my cornia in my right eye. This being a very emotional and painful experience. After working for the same company for over eight years, they didnt want to accept any responsibility for this accident or its outcome. After many trips to the eye specialist i was told that I had a permanent vision impairment that would only get worse as time passes and was given clearence to return to work. Once back to work with a 60% loss of vision in one eye, continual light sensitivity causing extreme headaches and a lack of confidence, to make things worse my employer no longer treated me the same and stripping me of my senority.
