I am writing to request financial assistance for my outstanding medical bills and general living expenses due to severe and unexpected health crises. I am currently unable to cover these costs due to the impact of my medical conditions on my ability to work.
For several years, I have managed chronic conditions, specifically endometriosis and my current diagnosis of adenomyosis, which have occasionally required me to miss work due to debilitating pain, excessive bleeding, and necessary procedures. The situation has recently escalated due to an urgent breast cancer scare requiring extensive diagnostics and a second opinion to determine the best course of action.
