Donations are desperately needed for a family after the devastating floods in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas on March 27, 2025. The Gudino family’s home in Sebastian, Texas, was completely flooded during the recent torrential storms that dumped between 13-20 inches of rain on the area in a matter of only 24 hours. The storms were only predicted to bring approximately 3 inches of rain to the area, so the residents in the area were completely unprepared for this. The family’s home sat with water inside for several days due to terrible drainage issues in the area, and they have lost almost everything due to water damage and mold that is beginning to form. It is imperative that they get help to start clean up and damage repairs done as soon as possible. The home is insured, but not with flood insurance, so they will be getting no help there. There were 3 children in the home who are all currently displaced. Please consider donating to this family.
