I’m a student who is in desperate need of a vehicle. I currently have a car however, it is not reliable since it has transmission issues along with other problems. I have to be pulling off the road frequently within each trip. I’m seeking approximately $7-8k to buy a used 2010 Toyota or any other reliable vehicle that can get me to school and work daily for at least a year. I looked on the option of getting financing but because I was out a job for a while and my bills were left unpaid, my credit score fell below average which doesn’t make me qualified for financing.
